@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@O2 Hi on the 4th of July I was super excited to get my new Galaxy Flip 3 5G all seemed fine then after 2 weeks there seemed to be a slight distortion with the screen. i spoke to one of your excellent support people via the app and was supposed to obtain a call back

I click on offer which states free coffee. I click on ‘show code’ and QR code appears. I try to use it before work at @CostaCoffee. Ensue great embarrassment as code is rejected and queue builds behind me. Cue much annoyance on my part. @O2 never did this. Their codes always 🙌..

@O2 hi, is there any way you can block calls from abroad? My wife has received 25+ calls from Georgia, we keep blocking them but they then call with like different extensions. It’s very annoying. We’ve answered but there’s no answer. Please help us.

@MarkEvansO2 @o2. O2 have to be the worst company going for customer service! Make a ***** up in the first place now say they can’t help! Just get passed around from department to department then told to go to a shop to be told that can’t do anything! 1 of 2

@O2 Thanks been down for months, I’ve registered for up dates and spoken o2 but no one knows fix timeline , but parents now tied into contract that doesn’t work for them..
