@O2 I have spent the best part of 2 hours trying to sort out an upgrade that I was told I was eligible for only to be told that I am not! I have been a loyal O2 customer for many years and am paying over £100/month for 2 devices, but will be leaving as soon as I can!

@O2 my husband is currently shielding, and unable to leave house. He has paid you twice by accident has tried to call you and was spoken down to. Natwest have confirmed the double payment. All he wants is the money returned so he can pay other bills. He is vulnerable.
Anyone on @O2 with the shitttest service pretty much every day. Even people on blood BT got better reception.

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

Just joined @O2 and am already regretting my decision. The worst automated phone system I’ve ever used.
@davidiwanow @O2 Thanks, David. I don't have any mobile signal in my area (a phone mast has been down for a while) so I can't receive texts or calls, which is my main issue. I can't authorise payments without my security codes which are sent by text!
