Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@ian_foxall @O2 Sadly Cornwall is seeing such a huge influx of people, I live in Newquay and signal in the summer months is shocking in town due to amount of people. It’s even worse this year because of pandemic

Hey @O2 - my partner has been on the phone to your support team today for an hour. 45 minutes of this has been on hold for an agent who didn't even tell her why she was being placed on hold. I hope she's not stuck in a lift and that there's no fire drill... because this is mad.

@SteveParkin @O2 I can get in to the app but as soon as I try to look at upgrade options it freezes. Website won’t even load. Call centre just hang up. Live chat.. nothing.
