    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @Ballymoran O2 is dreadful everywhere at the moment. **** knows what’s going on. Even had full 4g and can’t get on the internet. Sort it out @O2
