    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 I have already reported an issue through the network app, I have spoken to at least 6 people that are all on #O2 having the same problems

    @O2 someone fraudulently opened an O2 account in my wife's name, she this fraud with O2 and was advised the fraud team would contact her within 10 days,they did not. She continues to receive payment notice letters and this has effected her credit score. O2 have of ZERO help

    @O2 it's been 16 working days since I redeemed the guiness I won on priority, the email states it will be dispatched within 10 working days, I've had no update can you help?

    Shout out to @O2. Crazy exit fee for a service that doesnt work. Was sold a contract based on the coverage checker which flat out lied (they sent engineers to the area and agreed nothing could be done for 4g), so now I need to pay over £200 to leave. No video calls for me then...
