    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 I have just had the most ridiculous conversation with your team. I am a Kong standing business customer who has just purchased a new Apple Watch. When trying to connect it I was told I would have to buy a new phone because O2 can’t connect a business customer to a Apple Watch

    My phones broken, but luckily I'm due an upgrade. I tried to organise this with @o2 but to get this I need to receive a validation number by text, which I can't receive because my phone has broken. Any ideas how to get past this weird feedback loop?

    @O2 You need to fire all your offshore monkeys and get people who know their stuff. Another painful chat trying to get some info that I never got. You collect all these feedback stats. Actually use them and do something about the crap experience.

    @O2 my order is missing an no one is able to solve this. phone lines are terrible and live chat is slow - unacceptable. considering leaving!

    @O2 hi! My S20 installed the November update this morning, now I have no option for WiFi calling. Is this a known issue?! How do I get it back?
