Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 off with either it’s not showing any issues in the area or someone is out now fixing the mast in my area. Which clearly isn’t true! I relay on my phone for work so the whole situation isn’t ideal.

@tescomobile Just got a letter from @O2 hiking my tariffs up a few days ago for no valid reason, just because they can so long as they tack a flimsy excuse onto it.. It's a disgrace, you are right. They treat anyone who's already a customer like garbage because they already 'have' us. :/
