Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

Hey everyone @O2 customer service is terrible don’t choose them as a mobile phone provider Over 10yrs I gave them custom & they reset DD details but not the date I requested. Barred my phone’s IMEI for missed payments because they couldn’t wait until my next wage was paid

@virginmedia @O2 You'd have been better spending your money on your internet service. It's completely unreliable. I know a few people working from home who aren't getting paid as they can't work due to no internet service.

@O2 I’ve given Mum my old o2 phone, Not only have you locked it because she changed to sky your customer service is appalling. The advisor and the phone hung up and the woman in your Bath store just got very rude. As usual crap customer service!

@O2 @virginmedia I have been with both O2 and Virgin for over 15 years. Both accounts registered at my address but because the virgin account is my wife’s name you wont give me the benefits?! Really bad way to treat loyal customers!!! Really makes me want to leave both

@O2 hello is there an issue with the app? I changed my tariff. I selected the 1.5 GB but when it went through it said 750mb and then I was emailed it said 1 GB. 750 and 1GB is too little now. I'll cancel it if that is all I'm getting.
