    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 I've tested both phone and sim. The antenna picked up a test signal fine and had the same issue in 2 other mobile devices. Definitely an issue on your end.

    Contacted @O2 to find out why they’ve cancelled my direct debit, only to be told I need to speak with @ThreeUK. I’ve never been with 3 in my life. Is this an in-joke that I don’t know? The advisor won’t say why I need to speak to 3 but is adamant I should speak to them

    @virginmedia @O2 I changed my VM bundle. I expected everything to work, maybe with a couple of minutes on a website. 90 minutes later I’m still struggling to solve what should be a basic sim swap. Would someone help me please!!

    @KRTPRIME @O2 They sell stuff with the premise of having a cooling off period, not telling you that if you try to cancel 99% of the call operators will put the phone down on you if you change your mind xx it's hella shady!
