Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

@O2 @JessicaNellH It's awful, pay through the nose for a service we don't get. I like to be able to look up stuff about places we go, without WiFi supplied by businesses I'd be at a loss.

@O2 More shocking service around Northwich. Literally can’t get signal outside my house. Father in law is in hospital and can’t get in touch with my wife after having a heart attack this week and I’m currently waiting on out of hours GP for my son,just can’t rely on your service
