    Shambolic service from @virginmedia & @O2. 4 days since raising escalation CIT-A232463 over an e-sim error & I’m still stranded abroad with no mobile connectivity. Your incompetence has left me cut off in a foreign country. Even the worst service providers are outclassing you at this point.

    So after another hour on the phone to @O2 and @virginmedia I have had to cancel the O2 side as they are simply unable to activate a SIM card They then send me an email saying they will disconnect me blah blah I’m not even connected! Idiots.

    @O2 hi I seem to keep having the issue of not receiving text messages. This is really becoming an issue for me now. Its not a signal issue, my signal is fine.
