    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    Swapped to O2 in November and have had awful signal issues since then, rang yesterday to try and sort it out to thenhave total signal loss from when I got off the phone! Website and app are down!! Rubbish service!! @O2 I’m also a carer and have explained this too!

    @O2 My phone has been showing "emergency calls only" for the entire long weekend! @O2 's response "dial this xxxxxx number"!! What part of 'my phone isn't working' do they not understand???? Perhaps they need some lessons on spelling 'customer service'???

    @O2 Lost my rollover data because your website is still down (has been for over 24 hours) and now I can't send texts, make a call or anything. Pay-as-you-go customers aren't worth big money but some of us do rely on our phones.
