Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

Honestly can’t believe how @O2 are carrying on. I was a victim of SIM swap fraud, left with no service for nearly 2 weeks, and told all costs would be covered. Now they’ve got the cheek to text me saying I owe £145 this month. An absolute disgrace. #O2Fail #O2Disgrace #O2Fraud

@O2 I’ve been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes now to discuss a disconnection. If someone doesn’t pick up the phone in 5 minutes, I’m gone. In a saturated market where client retention is key to your success, your terrible customer service is insane.

Make that 12 minutes @O2 all I keep getting told is to call because you can’t deal with this online anymore! Ridiculous service well it’s not service it’s a joke. I just upgraded my phone with you I’m starting to regret it now
