    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @O2 I am still in a vulnerable position without a functioning phone and paying for airtime/device services I cannot use. I do not have a replacement phone. A solution is needed, as soon as possible.

    @O2 @TheO2 are the most incompetent network I’ve ever had to deal with. Repeatedly being told via their call centre that a data roaming charge would be deducted. My monthly bill arrives and I’ve been charged the full amount!

    @Fools_everywher @O2 Do you actually get a 5G signal lol, looked on coverage maps for O2 and they are way behind everyone else, just blobs of coverage

    Any advice @O2 my son had a new phone delivered by @dpd 8 weeks ago, no one was at home, so message was, the phone was on its way back to #o2 we are still waiting for someone to let us know what's going on? 8 weeks of charging him for a phone he doesn't have!! Help @O2 #help 🙏
