    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @O2 - So you email me/text to tell me about monthly bill increases ! Why ? You don’t deserve it imo as level of service I have had is very poor. Despite numerous DM’s /emails/phone calls my online account/app is still locked. Cannot access upgrade info so cannot sort new phone😢

    @O2 I’m having a total nightmare porting a number from 3 to @o2. I’ve so far spent 4 hours in the o2 store over two visits; spent over an hour on the phone to unhelpful customer service agents; a ticket has been escalated to the back office but no one has contacted me. Help??!

    @Keir_Starmer Bollox as per. Whilst electric will go down 10 measly quid a month , @O2 have just increased my bill as have our housing on rent. Ill await council tax rise in next few weeks.

    @O2 @Gazpecks I’ve sent o2 two emails & no reply. Store couldn’t help. Webchat couldn’t help. Phoned them & they couldn’t understand me. I’ve been a customer since I was 11 & I’m now 37. @O2 sort it out!!
