You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 Yes I have been and it sounds like a robot and cuts off. I’ve had this issue for days and even went into the shop. Unhelpful. If this isn’t resolved I will not be renewing my contract

@sachgrant @O2 I had a similar encounter when my Dad passed away. Talk Talk kept sending through a bill for him for leaving his contract early. Took months to sort out what to me seemed like the simplest problem.
