You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

@O2 not such a good start for your new customer today. Told Pre-ordered (and deposit paid) phone was available to come in and collect but when I got there it wasn’t possible to proceed it today - need to come back tomorrow. Starting on bad terms here.
