When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

Faults for months on end are no longer faults but quite significant issues which is failure to provide a service that is paid for. Rent space from other mast operators to boost coverage.
