@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

Please could someone of some sort of seniority contact me from @O2, I have tried to deal with you for over 6 months, online, instore, via phone, I have raised a complaint with Rebecca Hollingsworth that was never resolved, I have escalated to the ombudsman. #worstservice

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

@O2 next day I had no signal. Rang again your agent tried to convince me my phone was faulty. Rang again today it transpired my sim had been changed. 2 days with no phone access. Good job no emergency

Never known poor customer service before, until I contacted @O2 several times yesterday - I attempted to resolve my issue for 5 hours and kept getting spoken to in a poor manner, continued to get cut off and asked multiple times for money that I, in fact, do not owe.

@O2 Ok 02 this service is about as bad as it gets. Pls respond either here or the phone number I gave. Pls do not send threatening bills to relatives addresses then demand money when the service is sssooo bad.
