    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    @O2 I made an order a few days ago, i then got an email saying it was out of stock (which is fine) but it said I could track the progress of my order via the my O2 app, but it says I don’t even have an account & if I sign in online no orders show up. I’ve paid money upfront.

    @O2 Hi, currently log into 02 Wi-Fi in places like Costa etc but need to change my details as the name it flashes up is incorrect. However it won’t accept either my email or my phone number to change details.. Help please!

    Anyone having issues porting a number to a new @O2 SIM? Put a request in on 27th and heard nothing since, In desperation I phoned them and was told that it would happen today and a text was sent to confirm. But so far no text. Has anyone successfully ported a number recently?

    @O2 Thank you for your response. I will dm you but tbh I am getting exasperated by this. 22 years with @EE and only have to change as moved house. Nothing but errors and mis information. Really annoyed

    @O2 Late making a payment because of being in hospital because of Covid, told this to the member of the payment management team, who told me that a member of my family could have paid it instead. Is this how you treat your customers? Absolutely disgusting

    Is it just me or is @O2 customer service utterly abysmal? Impossible to reach by phone or email and unable to send anything other than an automated holding text to a question over live chat. Terrible.
