    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 Doesn't seem like anyone is interested in helping me with this situation. Why does it take 3-5 days to get my number back when it took seconds for you to give it away to someone? Are you going to cover my loss of earnings seeing as it was your error that's caused me such problems

    @O2 I still have no service after 2 weeks. When is this going to get sorted out? The customer service I've had surrounding this issue has been appalling

    Preparing to move house is stressful enough without poor customer service like @O2 whose site sent me around in circles for an hour before an advisor informed me that they can’t accept advance notice of changes in details and @virginmedia whose chat service has a 45 minute wait.

    @adamocarroll @O2 Wouldn’t bother sending a private message either mate - I’ve been trying to get something sorted for over a week through their “chat service” awful.
