@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

@O2 I am so appalled and disgusted now. I am 5/6 weeks down the line of THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! No one will answer a call and speak to me, no one will call me. This is an absolute JOKE for a long term customer! #o2 #poorcustomerservice #Terrible

@virginmedia @O2 I’m an existing customer who has activated volt benefits and I’ve had a email saying my broadband/O2 services are active and I’ve had a text message saying my virgin media kit is on the way but I haven’t had any tracking information and delivery was supposedly on the 6th November

@virginmedia @O2 Just try getting your network going first.I have yet another outage Sunday 7th Nov 21 after having 2 earlier in the week.Had a 3 day one earlier in the year and many days I lose connection for a few hours.I have a 1gb XL package paying £115pm and worse than my son's 35pm with BT

@O2 why can’t I get to a human at customer services ? It seems like every option on the phone leads to your side hanging up. Even the chat services lead endlessly to forms and the website without putting me in front of an agent. Just horrible navigation and customer services

@O2 It’s capacity issues, you run off band 1 and band 20 here and for the amount of users it’s very slow. Need to add 3/40/38 to the mix or even 5G to help with it 😩
