I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    (@philsherry) reported@O2 I just had your “Epic Tech Weekend” text message, even though I thought I opted out of all such things. At the end, it says “To stop texts, call 2220” — call, not text. Why? Not everyone who uses your service is capable of making voice calls, but this excludes them.
