    @O2 you seriously need to look at your pricing of contracts and new phones all you seem to want to do is rip people off after they have been loyal and been with you years. Poor show of loyalty

    @planetcallum @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @O2 Interesting that @ThreeUKSupport continue to refer to Payforit, which ceased to exist in December 2019. These charges are clearly the result of a contractual relationship between @ThreeUK and ModoMobi, as evidenced by the fact that the scam only operates on the Three network.

    @O2 wow never experienced such bad customer service. Spoke to 4 different people who were all unable to help reduce my bill, the 4th of which just hung up on me mid sentence. O2 are clearly not willing to help people who #badservice #CustomerService #phone #financialhardship
