    @O2 found out you’ve charged my 14 yr old son £120 for the last 2 months phone bill on a tariff that’s only £3 per month and was supposed to be capped last July so this could never happen again.. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    When my phone contract ends I am not staying with @O2 I have nothing but problems. I needed to make some important calls today yet nothing was working, the signal is always so ****. Sort it out… because I pay all this money for a phone contract yet what for?🤬 #o2 #o2down

    @O2 coverage is incredible. I get 5G for about 3 seconds and then it switches to a nostalgic tribute to 2004. My phone can’t run on vibes alone man help me

    @O2 The o2 satellite feature is not showing in my setting anymore. Did you switch it off to fix a fault? Hi Stephen, thanks for being one of the first O2 Satellite customers. There's an issue affecting text messaging on O2 Satellite, so we've temporarily switched the feature off.

    @O2 sorry to bother you but just wondering if someone could kindly reply to the DM I sent last Tuesday? Have had phone connection issues for the past few weeks. Calls cutoff or dropping out and noise on the line etc. Unable to resolve it , have checked network status etc thanks
