Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Marc Aitken (@MarcAitkenPhoto) reported from Bathford, England@O2 found out you’ve charged my 14 yr old son £120 for the last 2 months phone bill on a tariff that’s only £3 per month and was supposed to be capped last July so this could never happen again.. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
