Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡
