I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.

Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.
