I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Skimo (@SkimoBeats) reported@O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.
