Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.
