    @O2 Awful customer service from you today. Multiple phone calls and online chats, passed from person to person, all of whom are working from home and can't let me pay my final bill. Been on hold to South African call centre for over 30 mins. Can't pay online as account closed!

    @O2 made a monumental **** up of my bill and took an unauthorised payment of £120 from my bank. I called their customer services and was advised to do a chargeback, while they sorted the error. They are now threatening late payment fees. Sort it, or I cancel the contract!

    @o2, 5G is worse than 4G and that's saying something. How do I turn 5G off. (I've heard 5G doesn't work unless you're practically plugged into the transmitter)

    Hi @O2. I've joined rejoined and when I ordered my sim I entered the puk code to transfer my number from three to o2. I have my o2 sim but the number did not transfer and its impossible to speak to anyone at o2 phone or chat. Can you help resolve or advise? Thanks

    @O2 are so bad they have sent me faulty @Apple Air pod pros and they won’t even replace them. They won’t even send me a Jiffy bag to send them back. They just ignore me #Useless #PoorCustomerService #O2
