@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 dont trust o2 they offer you stuff then dont follow through and deny what they have said despite having paperwork to prove it Go with Giffgaff they use the same network anyway and they actually care about their customers. o2 are a joke

@O2 Absolute shambles of an organisation- the worst I’ve ever experienced. Currently 50 minutes into a call, waiting for the 5th person to tell me they don’t know what they’re doing and pass me to another person.
