Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

The so-called Helpline guy @O2 told me that I have to tell everyone I know in Guernsey to reset their phones because it definitely isn't an @O2 issue. And they have charged me £20 for the texts that didn't send.

@Rozrunsabit @tjd19 @O2 I think their service has gone downhill since they merged with Virgin. Also I don't get a phone signal, let alone a data signal, for nearly half of my journey to work now.

@MissWittank @tjd19 @O2 We found only way to sever a Vodafone contract was to cancel the direct debit as husband couldn’t get through on phone or internet & shops don’t deal with such trivia. Absolutely ridiculous! 😡

@O2 can you get in touch to explain why someone has #fraudulently taken out a mobile telephone contract under my parents’ home address? They’re understandably worried and neither your helpline nor their local store seems able or interested enough to help. One for the #police?

@O2, evening. Today, I’ve been mis-sold an O2 Volt SIM card by a Virgin Media operator. Tried ringing Customer Service to cancel but lines say closed. What are the opening hours for cancelling the contract please and what is the correct number to call?

@tjd19 @MissWittank @O2 Actually now I think about it, it was BT I just moved from to EE. However, I had no problem when I left O2 a few years ago, still got PAC straight away. O2 are too big & don’t even try to keep customers happy. 😠

@O2 @pixiefan_123 That’s because **** Virgin have taken O2 over now. So problems and price rises will be a normal factor.

@O2 Im on pay as you go. Topped up yesterday £10 for my bundle. Have £10 credit on my account. The bundle won't automatically renew, saying I need to top up £10 today. How can I fix this? Thanks
