    @O2 I’m not sure if you’ve seen the entire thread about this but it’s been inconsistent for over a year. There must be something seriously wrong if it still hasn’t been fixed & as a customer, I’m not filled with confidence anymore.

    Absolutely shocking service from @O2 the past few days, including being hung up on and not being able to get through to being told to source materials on ebay and give them a call. After 10+ years being a pay monthly customer, I'll be leaving at the end of my contract. #appalling

    @O2 Hi I switched from Three to O2, giving my PAC number when I joined. It has been 6 days since I ordered the phone and my old number has not yet moved to O2. I can’t get help on my O2 app as I can’t get through to a chat window. Can you help me PLEASE !

    @HT_95_ @O2 Worst phone network ever, check the signal coverage map before joining apparently 4G and coverage everywhere where I live. Really? Nothing loads. Never have full signal and even 4G symbol loads nothing. I even go down to 3G in my flat which I haven’t had since probably 2009.

    Do not use @O2 I get no signal in my house and only 3G and they are try to charge me £1000 cancellation fee.. #ripoff #justwantthecontractcancelled #citizensadvicehereicome
