@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

Just rang up @O2 to talk to someone about 2 randoms direct debits that have been set up on my account, selected the Urgent/ complicated issue options and the automated service literally went ‘bye’ and hung up !!

@O2 I just moved into a new flat and I'm barely getting any signal or 4G. I'm getting 1-2 bars max and sometimes even H doesn't work. I'm paying a lot of money for this package. Is there something that can be done? My partner is also with O2 and having the same issue.

@O2 Old Sim still got service, nothing on the new sim yet, however I am currently in work with my new phone without access to calls/text/internet (I have had to contact you on a computer)
