I need urgent help from @O2 so I phoned customer service and the automated machine puts you down unless your phone has been stolen. How useless. What if customers need help and your site/app doesn't help. Do we just sit here unable to use our phone?

@KristianeClear @O2 Yup exactly the same happens to me. O2 have been promising to call me back for the last 6 weeks but don't do it then hang up on me when I'm explaining my issue. I feel for you because I'm equally frustrated!

@O2 disgraceful customer service just been hung up on twice by two rude customer service reps. What is happening with your “systems” and why isn’t there messages warning us before phoning.

@O2 why is it so difficult to speak to someone in regards to my phone?! All the Gurus on the app are busy, can't exactly phone when my phone is saying not registered to a network 🙄🙄
