    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 Addy is sorted now. Mum&Dad need smaller sims so they can use the Doro smartphones they got from you a while ago. Acct is mum's name. Last time we phoned, she could not remember security answers so no help was given. Any other way to request new sims for both numbers on acct?

    @O2 I was wondering if you had any plans to introduce a service worthy of this century. Truly abysmal. Hardly get a service at home in London. In Bournemouth now, might as well not take the phone out.

    @O2 So someone I know is having issues as their number has been cloned, just wondering what's going on? Not sure why it's happened, could you check it out, They've been getting calls and texts from annoyed people all over the country, It's really wearing them down. #bestnetwork?

    @O2 No...lol. My mum is in hospital. She cannot visit a shop and may never be able to if she goes into a home. What do I do now??

    @O2 Your staff member has just told us while thinking of upgrading that if we hit the spending cap we wouldn’t be able to dial emergency services. When I questioned why as this is normally a free number she said it doesn’t apply to contracts with a cap on them.

    @O2 Yes I can use the telephone to make callls (albeit with very poor signal ) but when I’m outside of wifi no emails/WhatsApp/signal/apps work. I’ve tried all the usual hacks and rebooting- am completely at a loss.
