    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    Don’t think I can recommend @O2 to anybody. Customer service has been shocking. I’m currently waiting on them calling me back with an update but haven’t got much hope.

    @O2 Still no response from anyone at 02. How long do I have to wait for a response for an issue that arose in August? I do not have time to continually chase this. If there is no response in 5 working days I will be contacting the ombudsman
