Lauren. (@LaurenDenny2) reported@O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
-
Luke (@lanthonyw86) reported@O2 do you think it’s fair to increase my monthly price when the service is getting worse? I’m lucky to get mobile data in most areas these days. How much to cancel my contract early, please…
-
Sn✴wy 💬 (@snowy_1982) reported@O2 Why is your company so difficult to work with? Your customer service is a joke, you are an embarrassment and you should be ashamed, the mistreatment of my wife I've just heard is abhorrent and you are a bunch of con men.
-
Dave (@_DaveCross_) reportedDear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future
-
*️⃣ (@noelleplay) reported@O2 Well the further issue is that the tickets are sold out lol
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

Jane Lewis (@lew13832731) reported@O2 what's wrong with your network? People keep trying to call me but calls not going through. Tried turning phone of. Have reported via app but no reply
