@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

Trying to change my phone Tarriff on @O2 (to actually give them more money), and it can’t be done online… Need to call but their website is just massive circular labyrinth which never actually gives me a contact number. Why make it so difficult?
