    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 Hi, I’ve spoke to to customer services twice and sent texts to the numbers I was given to get the credit I was told I would get. I still haven’t received the credit. Kindly apply the credit to my account. Thank you.

    @O2 when your support line tells you to get the app, & hangs up on you, & the app won’t connect to support staff, and trying to call back after misinformed staff screwed up your order. Do I just call my bank and tell them to stop paying you? Or do I have to raise it with @Ofcom?

    Need to shout out Kris (and Sam) from @O2 Recycle. No-one else in o2 / o2 recycle helped me with an issue that was caused by o2. But Kris did. And honestly, I think he should be the customer service trainer for everyone in the UK. That's all.

    @O2 tried for over a week to reach o2 to cancel my daughters contract, with no response, held for over 1 hour. No options available online or via app, seems o2 making things as difficult as possible to cancel, causing a further months charge!
