    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

    @O2 I’ve checked it, the answer appears to be WiFi calling which I’m not entirely happy about, something has definitely happened in the area as never had problems before

    @PaddyMcGuinness If you are on @O2 3G often works better than 4G due to congestion on the 4G network and nobody using the old 3G network. Quite often I have to force my phone to use 3G as I can have a full 4G signal but no data at all.

    So in Norfolk I have no signal @O2 is crap s & it's affecting my work. Contract is up so switching providers today, parents have a @VodafoneUK booster here so that's my 1st choice but does anyone have any other tips for phone companies with the great signal in rural areas?

    @O2 why is your customer service phone line so terrible? Every time I go through the options it just hangs up on me. Why is there no queuing system if there are no agents available? Why does it offer no information to this effect?
