    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 after 18 calls lasting over 2 hours trying to get O2 staff to do what they said they were going to do, I raised a complaint about staff lies and poor service only to find that the complaint handler started lying to me! Well done O2!

    @O2 any plans to sort out mobile data in Bristol? I've recently switched from EE, using same handset so don't think it's that. Terrible connectivity in the centre, Easton and Fishponds. I've experimented with switching off 5G, then 4G too but didn't seem to make a difference.

    @virginmedia I spoken to you when i cancelled the upgrade and @O2 sim deal. It wasnt looked at then. Its too late now. Im looking to wind down the remaining months and move on..

    @O2 hi can you help me I have two Chris brown tickets I need to sell. Bought via AXS. When I go to sell them they won’t sell for what I paid? I don’t understand? I paid £198 for one ticket it’s offering me £102? Why is that? Thanks

    @O2 what’s going on in RH6? Have had no @virginmedia broadband since yesterday morning and your network also playing up. Just tried ringing you and minimum 1 hour wait then got cut off. What a joke! #staybetterconnected not. Virgin @ o2 supposed to be better?

    @O2 @dalgety27 I'm finding exactly the same. Phone lines that have you on hold for an hour and then cut you off, website chat that hangs up before you're connected, and DMs on twitter that are left unanswered for days on end. Very bad times at the moment...

    .@O2 sent messages on Twitter, called customer service, DM sent via Twitter: 4 days after upgrading my plan I am still not able to make or receive calls and I was told it will take 3-7 days to sort it: why?
