    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 Since your merger with Virgin Media your customer service has deteriorated exponentially...you need to get call centres back in the UK instead of using cheap foreign labour who don't understand the English language or our situation

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 Absolutely appalling service again from O2, spent over 1.5 hrs on the phone, deliberately cut off 3 times. Mis-sold a plan and now they are juat fobbing me off. The worst mobile phone service provider ever! Avoid at all costs!

    @O2 got an email saying bars have been put on my account … I never asked for this and my bills are paid … phone won’t let me call customer services to complain . I got work to do I need help

    @O2 sort your signal out in the HP13 area. 6th day in a month with no signal. Can't even get 4G.. Thank god my contract is up now.

    @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

    @O2 I ordered an iPhone in February - received a fake plastic device and have spent 8 hours over 10 calls with the support team to try to resolve this with no luck. Absolutely terrible service from O2 ! Day 36 #day36 #o2customerservice

    @O2 avoid this company soon as you leave they WILL ruin your credit file and refuse to fix it
