@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 Has now been 2 months, 3 handsets, 3 sims and numerous calls to gurus, advisors and escalations with promises of call backs and still no resolution or call back to sort our issue for a vulnerable customer. Might be time to change provider

@O2 You need to put ads out about all the scam voicemail and missed calls texts that your customers are getting- im suddenly getting dozens a day. What are you doing to stop this nuisance and has there been a data leak at o2 as I never used to get these?

Are @O2 taking the mick? Ordered a new phone over a week ago.. not recieved the phone or any information/updates since and they've now charged me the first bill today! FOR WHAT? A phone and contract I do not have.. Plus no one wants to answer their phones and help! Ridiculous
