@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 Yes just calls that don’t work, Support said to connect manually and it does get signal from T-Mobile but doesn’t connect to AT&T It is an iPhone XR. Worked fine in other countries just not USA

@O2 Hi! Can anyone advise how long it takes to cancel an airtime plan? Been 3 weeks since I spoke to customer service and my contract sim is still in service. Thanks
