@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 Thanks. Not sure how any of that answers my problem. There's nothing on it at all about automatic 4g to 5g switching and degradation when you switch to an allegedly faster network. Standard brush off. Another reason to change.

@O2 any reason why I haven't got hardly any signal anymore and keeps cutting out? Over 3 weeks now. And funny enough no signal right outside an o2 shop. Think it's time to move on. Never been so bad with signal. And not just me lots of ppl spoke to in area same.

@jim_berkeley @O2 @anniesturdydovz Number cloning. Scammers can clone official numbers so it looks like your bank, providers etc. Be very careful and never give out personal information if you suspect a scammer.

@O2 SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT O2 SHOP IN BANGOR, NORTHERN IRELAND. IF YOUR AN EXISTING CUSTOMER AVOID THE SHOP. SUCH BAD TREATMENT! Thanks to kind man @VodafoneUK in Bloomfield shopping center for letting us vent after the bad service in O2 shop!

@O2 your tech cancelled my SIM in error yesterday, bricking my phone, after a week of poor service/signal. Spent an hour on (my wife’s) the phone this morning and it’s still not sorted. Want to come and pick up your device and cancel my contract? #clownshoes
