  @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

  @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

  @O2 can I just say your agent I have dealt with on live chat was terrible tried to give me a deal (30gb for fold 8 at 71.99) when unlimited was 66.99 then told me I can’t switch up until 23rd (more than 11 months) I then checked out on your website with what I wanted, terrible

  Hi @O2, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m trying to do something as simple as upgrade my phone. Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!

  @O2 I keep getting calls from people claiming to be from o2. When I query why they keep calling they hang up!
