    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 I tried the network tips yesterday and didn’t work, it’s all good when you have Wi-Fi but I pay my bill to make normal calls and should be able to do so without relying on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 absolute joke, and worst customer service! What I thought would be an amazing birthday gift turned out to be the worst. Brand new phone ported yesterday but cannot receive calls or texts, many missed birthday wishes that cannot be replaced.

    @O2 complete joke how I have been treated and have only been with o2 for 3 days. Definitely a decision I regret. Staff tell u different things. Issues unresolved. Being ignored. Caused me so much stress and hassle.

    @O2 move from Virgin mobile to O2 UK, I have asked to port my old number. The porting date was yesterday (05APR2022). Porting has not happened yet. Please I do not want to lose my old number for a series of reasons. Your customer service was not much of help.

    @O2 I have a STAC code from my old provider. I am hoping to terminate my contract with them as my contract should have ended over a month ago with them but they are still charging me!
