    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 and useless customer service staff means that it's been 2 days since i lost my phone, i've bought a new phone and it doesn't work. i can't use it, i can't contact anyone, i can't set up my phone. pure incompetence. having my phone stolen is already a distressing experience+

    Horrendous services! I tried to use a free movie coupon exactly at 2pm yesterday however it only kept loading and within a few seconds started showing out of stock @O2 @O2PriorityUK please help to get the voucher ; facing the same issue time and over!!!

    @O2 @manansaddique O2 customer service are so thick. Young useless idiots on phone rude clueless omg idiots, I've £60 I did bank transfer to o2 missing and they dint care I'm fuming at these brainless idiots

    @O2 have to be the worse sim provider in the UK. I don’t know what they’ve done but for the past week I’ve had 1 bar connection everywhere I’ve gone! Their 5G is **** aswell

    @O2 and your pitiful customer service staff have made this much, much more stressful than it needed to be. no compassion, no one taking the situation seriously. it's such a shame your staff in the shop are so helpful and have to work alongside such an appalling customer helpline.

    @O2 Your coverage is terrible. For months now I’ve been unable to connect to 4 or even 3G despite having the symbol up to say it’s there. You just say your masts are being repaired or to use wifi. Basically got a landline.

    I know that we in London are supposed to be spolied with our mobile coverage. But in central London - I'm on @O2 - it is hard even to get into a website on 4G, i.e when not on wifi. In Paris by contrast, web access and even Twitter is not a problem on 4G.

    @O2 This happens with me every time, and it’s the exact same reply you always give although I try to get the code at the exact time mentioned, I can never get it!! It’s really pathetic..feel like quitting O2

    Just update on this... @ThreeUK can be bothered to fix the issue and instead released my friends from their three contracts. Now migrated to @o2 because best deal they could find
