  @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

  Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

  @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 He got dropped by Racing. I've watched this kid since he burst in the scene ans was overhyped on the back of 2 great tries in second tier comps. He is a one trick pony, that'll work at Prem level but not intl. Fundamentally lacks work rate on and off the ball, poor aerially 1/2

  @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

  @O2 who thought it was a good idea to do maintenance work to the network for 10 days!! No signal, no data, are you reimbursing our contracts for 10 days seeing as we are paying for a service we cant even get for a week and a half!???

  @O2 customer service sucks, having so many issues trying to place a new order as an existing customer. Website broken, customer service reps don't fix the problem. Soooo annoying.
