Lol @O2 changed their offer for my old iPhone X from £150 to £30 as they said there was screen/button damage. I declined that & got the phone returned and there was nothing wrong with it. Sent to @Mazuma and they have given me £190 and no report of any defects. Laughable O2!

@virginmedia @O2 my Volt benefits have been activated. I have WIFI issues in the bedrooms, currently have wifi boosters. I want to order some wifi pods, but the Connect app tells me registrations are closed. Can I get some help please :)
