    @tiffstevenson @O2 If you know this is going to happen, as they say, out of their network agreements, but a cheap phone & PAYG SIM there and tether your phone to it, a LOT less that O2' extortion!!!

    @O2 can we talk about the awful coverage outside city centres plz? Shocking today. 5G contract but no coverage outside city centres? You’ve not fulfilled your part of the contract. Again.

    @O2 WA160HJ is where I have a full signal but very little access to anything due to high traffic. Even though other networks are fine. At home it's PR33NT where I have very poor signal.

    @O2 At home the signal has gone and the surrounding area is just as bad and I didn't get to speak to a person as the automated response when I called kept hanging up half way through trying to find out what's going on. Thank you for the reply.

    @O2 why is it so difficult to manage our accounts with o2 online? You go round in circles trying to update personal details then they don't upload 🤯 combined with awful coverage I can't wait to end my contract!!

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help
