@O2 PLEASE CAN YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE! You haven't sent me a new sim card, but you are happily charging me for my contract. And I can't get through to you - your automated phone line just hangs up all the time. Your service is appalling. Please get in touch to fix this.

Not sure what @o2 did - if anything - but suddenly I’m getting what I would expect in my area on 4G. I’ll continue to monitor it though. Seems odd but never mind.

@O2 Hello! Is someone able to help me activate wifi calling please? When I go to switch it on in my iPhone settings, it says I need to contact O2 to get it activated... I tried calling 202, but can't get through to anyone. Thanks.
