@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Virgin broadband stopped working for third day in a row. No notification from Virgin that there was a problem. Yet another call to call centre. No information on fix times. Virgin being slippery on refunds also. Typical poor service

@bdpopsen @O2 It’s unbelievable from a company like this. No attempt to resolve it. Been a customer of theirs for over 15 years! Tried calling again yesterday after being on hold for 30 mins they said their computers were down and I would have to call again tomorrow..

Its wonderful that you pay extra with @O2 to have your phone delivered by 1030 and to not have that slot honoured. Then to call @DPDgroup_news and be told that they are not going to do anything except be very unhelpful then hang up on me.

@O2 hate using twitter to air my ***** laundry but someone was able to take a SIM out in my name and access my bank account. When I contacted your chat they said it was 'reswapped due to a technical issue' and wouldn't explain further. Can I find out how the f that happened?
