Liam Chadzynski 💙 (@liamchad) reported@O2 had my 5g enabled phone over a year, took it on a promise that I'd 'get 5g soon' , over a year later, not a sniff of it, and yes 5g is enabled in settings. Had it briefly in Central London but never at home (South London). Neighbours ee phone gets it.

Ali (@AllieRox29) reported@O2 @virginmedia Oh no. Time to leave O2 I think and been with you since cellnet. Virgin Media have the worst customer service and everyone I know who had virgin media had problems with them saying they owed money when they didn’t, they even mis-sold me a contract - twice.
