    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @O2 o2 are by far the single most abusive company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We've had over a month of threats/attempts to take thousands of pounds for a phone they never supplied and admitted they didn't supply. Please, save yourselves the hassle.

    @O2 fed up with your recycle department. Packaging didn’t turn up for 8-9 days after recycle process confirmed. In the meantime they emailed me a postage label to use - I did so - however now I realise this label is untrackable - phone not arrived even though it’s 24r service

    Such an amazing day at Silverstone soured only by the ineptitude of @O2 @ee are running 5G at almost 300mbps and @VodafoneUK brought extra mobile masts to cope with the load. O2 have masts down and are working their hardest to resolve. Absolute rubbish.

    @O2 had two texts one saying my tariff ending but I need do nothing if I want to stay on it and the another saying you cannot process my bill and are going to disable?my account on the 19 th . Logged in my accounts can find nothing that pertains to any of this . Pls Help 🙏🐝

    @O2 Thank you for your update, correct as I mentioned before O2 side is not updated, it would be good if O2 could query the royal mail database weekly to keep customers happy, I'm surprised customer service couldn't give that info. So do we know what date this happens so I know?
