@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

One day the @o2 @virginmedia priority app will work, and do so each time I try and log in. The times I try, it never let's me, and I always get the "oops, something went wrong" 🙄

@O2 can you explain why it takes over 72 hours to get a travel code abroad? Why am I waiting this long for a code to unlock my phone to use a different sim? Service is shoddy.

No idea what the problem is with @O2 network but this is a new phone and it can’t be a coincidence that 2 phones on the spin I’m constantly not getting much service since this thing with Virgin was announced a couple years ago? Paying for products I ain’t getting #o2

@o2 you’ve said that my only option is to send my phone back to you for ‘repair’ when the retailer says there’s nothing wrong. I’d really like you to terminate my contract as you cannot provide a basic service.

@O2 @Apple Appalling customer service. The latest iOS 16.3 has actually broken my phone that’s still in contract, and both Apple and O2 are telling me I need to pay for it to get repaired at a cost of hundreds of pounds, whilst I’m paying a contract for a phone broken by them!

Abandoning EE after failing to get the tube wifi to work any more. Crosschecking networks with roaming including USA, and tube wifi, leaves me with: @O2. Any views on its current usability in London? I have bad memories of it from the 3G era.
