@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

Ive been with @O2 for a number of years. Ive never been disappointed until now. I used their insurance and have been told my phone is out of stock with no indication of when it will come back. Plus my excess will come out in the next 2 bills and my phone isnt even here!!!

@O2. In the 2010s, O2 overcharged PAYG customers, and I have an email from O2 asking me to contact you to give my address so you can send a cheque refund. I have now spoken to 12 people - 5 today and 7 four weeks ago, and no-one knows anything, and just pass me around. Help?

Super disappointing service on the phone from @O2 … trying to transfer esim from one phone to another. First advisor told me iPhone doesn’t have an esim, second guy wanted me to setup a new contract. Can you help?
