@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

Hi @O2 - we have 2 SIMs registered with you and VM broadband. Applied for Volt a couple of weeks ago and got the confirmation email today. One SIM and the VM broadband have had the upgrades applied, but the other SIM hasn’t. Can you help? Thanks…

Been trying to contact @O2 all day and have been without a phone for over two weeks now. Their ‘gurus’ don’t show up to appointments and the stores never answer their phones - worst customer service ever!
