@O2 This may sound really stupid, but how do I do that? I have never had a smartphone or, a tablet, just an old laptop! The iphone is refurbished with no instructions don't know what any of the buttons are for yet & I can't even figure out how to sent a text/ make a call yet! Sorry!

@O2 Hang on, I've just received 4 messages from 02 so I assume I must have active sim/a signal? Just have to figure this phone out now! It took me ages to open the SIM card tray as no tool to do it & nothing, pin/needle/paperclip was working! I hate technology! Sorry to bother you!

@O2 No, what's a number port? I must stress I am new to all this the only way I've accessed the internet b4 was on a laptop. I've never had a smartphone,tablet or anything like that. First I heard of PAC numbers, number ports & had to use a pin to insert a SIM card was this week!
