    @O2 have honestly the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been a customer for eighteen years and have multiple contracts with them. Had nothing but issues with bills & upgrades over the last year. Resolutions Team…don’t even call you back to help!

    Would highly recommend a different provider to others. Call Handlers pass you round from pillar to post on 202…It's ironic: if I were a new customer, I have no doubt @O2 would be jumping out of their chair to support! So frustrating…

    Why is your website so awful? Since its paired with Virgin its a disgrace. I can't even get on the upgradepage to order a new phone @O2

    @O2 I have phoned 5 times to get a fraud case resolved. Been hung up on after 40mins wait. Advisers wouldn’t let me speak to a manger. Very poor customer service.
