@O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

@O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

@O2 Mainly In the PH1 area. When on WiFi it, works perfectly. 1 bar of 4 on my iPhone. Restarted numerous times. Various people having issues with it too, in my work with 4G

@O2 I have been unable to try sim in a different phone but i now have a notification saying 'sim 1 not allowed' does this mean there is a problem with the sim? Sorry but this is extremely inconvenient i am paying for a phone i can't even use at the moment

@O2 Are there issues in the SA15 area? I've had no signal at all (emergency calls only) for at least an hour and when I check the network status, it just says that there is a lot of traffic in the area. If that's the case, I'd expect at least some signal!
