@welshgje @O2 That sucks. EE can create an e-sim instantly. I’ve got an o2 sim and ee e-sim in my 13 pro max. On account of O2 being so poor

@noodle73462909 @O2 @virginmedia I have two phones - my personal phone is on Vodafone, work phone is on O2. The Vodafone handset can rival my leased line for latency and speed, the network is brilliant. At home we swapped to Toob from Virgin - 920Mbit/s up/down and 1 dropout ever.

@MisterMunkie @O2 @virginmedia I’ve been O2 since the BT Cellnet era. I have never used VM, as there has always been a question mark about them. I feel this merger will mostly benefit VM… just my opinion.

@O2 No, I haven’t received any info/what happens next from the courier or o2. I missed the first delivery and then the courier returned it to o2. Will o2 automatically re-issue the phone?

Gutted to hear that O2 have joined forces with Virgin Media. Iv heard negative things about virgin media. Tell me I’m wrong to be worried! I’ve been an O2 customer since 2006 and never had any issue with my phone signal. Ever! Reassure me 🥴@virginmedia @O2

@Kendall100Nick @virginmedia @O2 100% agreed Nick. Virgin Media phone slammed me (deliberately took over my call package from BT - only had BB with VM). When I realised VM customer services were utterly awful & mocking. Had to leave it due to a bereavement, but will never use them. Least BT apologised!

@Maverickaizer @O2 @virginmedia I’m with both, but VM is fast becoming garbage.

@virginmedia @O2 Does this mean Virgin Mobile will stop using the EE network and switch to O2? I have a poor O2 signal where I live.

@virginmedia @O2 I've been a victim of Virgin Media & a customer of O2 for ten years. If O2 tripped on the kerb crossing the road, I'd take them to Costa for a coffee, & find a plaster for their knee. I wouldn't piss on Virgin if it were on fire; the most morally questionable high street brand.

Why ******** @O2 would partner with abject scumbags and career incompetents @virginmedia, **** only knows, but I'll be leaving. There is no bargepole long enough...
