@O2 you are ****!! I've a full months worth of data, and it's not working, but disappearing from my used data so I'm still guna have to pay a 55 pound phone bill for data that I cant use!!! Try getting through for help and get lost in a maze of confusion on you're **** website.NH

@O2 Hey! I need to help my brother transfer from O2 PAYG to Sim Only. He has quite a bit of built up credit on PAYG and I believe it can be transferred. It appears your form to do this is down at the moment. Can you help?

@O2 I run a charity feeding people in need and last month we ordered 4 phones for our staff on contract with O2. Three perfect no problem and delighted - but mine has no signal other than through wifi although this is not yet working well.
