@O2 That does not bother me it's a rubbish network here at best 3g when you pay for unlimited data you should get 4g issue is not one of busy it's one of not fit for purpose. I suggest you come back with a plan of action. What response is busy. DONT USE O2 if you live in INGATESTONE

@O2 Student daughter trying to apply Unidays discount to O2 contract. Store said go to Unidays website: Didn’t work. Back to store: Don’t know. Customer service: Go to Unidays site. Told them it didn’t work. Said things have changed but they hadn’t been told. 1/2
