@O2 unbelievable poor service. Mis sold a plan on Wednesday, thought I’d cancelled the plan on Wednesday (that’s what the chap on the phone said) then get a bill for the new product I didn’t want. Was HUNG UP on today after a 30min wait. Customer service call me ASAP

@O2 hi I have an issue with an account I cancelled in the cooling off period that has now appeared on my credit file can you help please Iv been assured by your staff it’s cancelled but obviously this isn’t the case

I didn't realise that transferring my number to a new account would mean that all my saved voicemails would be lost. There are people whose voices I will never hear again and I am devastated. cc: @O2
