And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.

I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved
