Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.
