Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. CBL ‘71 (@Backofbeyond8) reported@o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

Kieran (@kierangpim) reported@O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.
