    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 worst customer service I’ve EVER known! day 4 without signal, 4g or a phone number after a number port from 3 to 02. Simple task too much it seems. Sick of calling and being told 24 hours and turn my phone on and off. I have no patience left and no useable phone either

    @Dave7438501904 @wrexham @O2 I find on the industrial estate and round town and north part that EE is great, been with O2 before but I think their mast was on the police tower before it went down

    @O2 I returned a phone to you and it was delivered on 9/3/22. You've yet to refund me £700. Your customer service reps are useless and each time I call, I keep getting told it will be in my account in 5 days. Its been 29 days and no one can explain why youre witholding my money.

    So, not only has covid finally struck our house, there’s a major broadband outage now estimating repair by 7pm on 10th. Sick kids and no internet or tv? Send. help. @EE at least @o2 seem to have got mobiles back up this morning!

    Hi @O2 I am a business client and waited in line for about 20 mins to speak to a customer service officer, in a few mins he cut the line and now again back on the phone for 10 mins waiting to speak to an officer. Is this your usual service ?? I can't receive text messages 1/2
