  • sipembo Simon Pemberton (@sipembo) reported

@O2 No all I have received is the order number from @virginmedia . Nothing from 02 at all. O2 customer services were not very helpful when I called regarding this.

  • dannigaynor1 Danni Gaynor (@dannigaynor1) reported

@O2 absolute shambles. O2 algorithms has falsely thought my order was fraud and despite me telling customer service immediately it wasn’t - my phone due to arrive today has been sent back to O2. On top of that, 202 and fraud team can’t do anything about it to fix it. Laughable.

@VodafoneUK You can save significant amounts by buying direct from Samsung. Was with Vodafone for almost two decades but the service kept getting worse. At no point did they try and retain me, until I requested my PAC code and moved to @O2 Even then the deals were the same as new customers
