There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎
