    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 just to adk if you wiuld mind and i think you should check your customer service in the Bangor store, North Wales branch!!! Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 None of it works! You can see from attached “no service”’and wherever i go in the house there is no signal! I use my phone for work purposes so this really is no good to me

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @O2 How can one be successful if website crashed & couldn't log in. I tried 9-5pm . So WTH got these tix ? Bots? U should cancel all the tix and start again tomorrow with your website working correctly. Disgusting 🥺

    @O2 @peterkay_co_uk what a shambles, last time had front row seats before it was unfortunately cancelled, now can’t even log on to get any seats. Very poor technology screw up denying fans the opportunity to see the shows. Not happy.

    @O2 your app and website is still broken though. You can't just say sorry people werent successful when the vast majority never got a chance due to your systems being broken. You should have shut the sale down until you sorted your issues out

    @O2 Bit of a c*nt move not freezing the sale until you sorted your issues out to allow a fair attempt for everyone. Been on my phone since 10am trying to get them.
