@O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.

@Lorna__xx @O2 Honest to goodness they are shocking. I was out today and my phone said I had two 5G bars. Couldn’t send a WhatsApp, search the internet, make a call or seem a Snapchat. Alls they say is service is fine. Dreadful if I’m home without WiFi I can’t do anything!

  • Lukehear
    Luke Davies (@Lukehear) reported

@O2 why can't I DM you? I've got terrible connectivity this weekend (in the Gretna area), is there maintenance going on? I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

  • LandladyWoo
    Andy W (@LandladyWoo) reported

Hey @O2 I'm no longer a customer so can't access the o2 app but need to query why you have taken another direct debit payment instead of the refund I was expecting. How do I get in touch?

@O2 What a waste of time that was with Mark if that's your complaint department he needs to be retrained giving misleading information.

  • TheWhogg
Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported

@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.

@arokorol @O2 Well, that's where you were: Palestine. What is the problem?

  • goddessnemo2
    Goddess Nemo (@goddessnemo2) reported

@GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.
