    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 just to adk if you wiuld mind and i think you should check your customer service in the Bangor store, North Wales branch!!! Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @O2 None of it works! You can see from attached “no service”’and wherever i go in the house there is no signal! I use my phone for work purposes so this really is no good to me

    @O2 Since your merger with Virgin Media your customer service has deteriorated exponentially...you need to get call centres back in the UK instead of using cheap foreign labour who don't understand the English language or our situation

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @O2 sort your signal out in the HP13 area. 6th day in a month with no signal. Can't even get 4G.. Thank god my contract is up now.

    @O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.

    @O2 Hi, I’m contacting you on behalf of a friend regarding an O2 insurance repair request. They have reported an issue with their phone, but the claim has not progressed — no return packaging has been sent and the repair has not been accepted.

    Anyone having problems with @O2 . Can't check data allowance or add a bolt on more than 100gb. Partner has had a text saying out of data but we can't do anything

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    I love how @O2 brag on their adverts about their great service yet I spend my life waiting for my ‘4G’ to work because you can’t be bothered to provide decent service. What am I paying for??
