There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge
-
CupofStea 🏴 (@Stephen_Linton) reported from Bangor, Wales@O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.
-

-
Natalie Mc (@MyApocalypse_) reported@O2 wtf is going on with the signal recently? Status checker says nothing wrong anywhere, but my 1-2 bars of 4G that is useless say otherwise, sick of paying money to get no signal
-
Mark Breeze🕷💙💻🐟 #FBPE #FBPA #RejoinEU🇺🇦 (@MarkyB_62) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)
-
Breeze (@Breeze_16) reported@O2 getting rid O2 Open discount, really poor decision from the business, have a feeling there will be a mass move to cheaper providers who have better coverage.
-
John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@McWhirterAlex @kieran_jsmith I had to leave @o2 after 29 years as the service had just deteriorated so badly. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.
-
DEAN SUPPORT (@Dean_Xyber1) reported@lukewarm14 @O2 @virginmedia I can help send me a DM
-
Eerik Beeton, MCIM Cmktr (@EerikBeeton) reported@O2 24h later still waiting for service. @EE you got good reception these days?
-
Scottt Kirkwoodd (@2gurlys1kupp) reported@jokewapo @O2 @virginmedia Mate how bad is the 02 signal up our way now! Phoned them to see if there was an issue and it's something to do with the mast
-
Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.

uni drop-out✨ (@_unidropout) reported@O2 I’ve tried everything that your website recommends on every occasion that I have no service… however I shouldn’t have to The service should work 99% of the time and it doesn’t. My contract is up in less than a month so I’ll be likely finding something new!
