Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

@O2 just to adk if you wiuld mind and i think you should check your customer service in the Bangor store, North Wales branch!!! Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 None of it works! You can see from attached “no service”’and wherever i go in the house there is no signal! I use my phone for work purposes so this really is no good to me

@O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

@O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

@O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.

@O2 I lodged a complaint and was told I would receive a callback from a manager in 24 hours. That was 13th March. In store advised me to email my complaint but the email address they gave me is invalid! How can I have this escalated?

@O2 Calls and texts were fine , had full 4g signal but couldn’t connect to anything online and no apps would work or speed tests wouldn’t complete

@O2 Nope, this literally didn’t happen. Your advisor told me not to pay the first bill only the mysterious “final bill” that never materialised. Your “cooling off” period is non-existent and I would argue fraudulent.
