    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    Hey .@BBCWatchdog - you want to know why @O2 is so bad at dealing with complaints? Something you didn’t ask / say / consider… Their complaints are now dealt with by Capita aka Crapita. I have been tussling with this inability to process a direct debit for over 2 years.

    @O2 @simonsanders1 But you don’t resolve it! That is the issue. 4weeks later and no one has even looked at my fraud. Because I am not a customer no one cares. All you do is send threatening letters 😡😡

    @O2 From Saturday morning until Monday evening I had no calls or internet. Will I be compensated accordingly and have a 10% discount on my next bill as 3 days is 10% of the month without the service I paid for?

    @O2 I don’t have a contract with you, been charged some stupid amount which damaged my credit score. Spent over a week calling and chasing and paid a bill that is a complete scam and my account still shows that I am in debt because of your fault in dealing with my issue!!!!

    @O2 Sorry we're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working. If you're experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again. This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet

    @O2 I haven't received anything about when port happening. The port was done by customer services. I stressing out as I really need to retain my existing number as many accounts and contacts using it.

    @O2 I never had a pac code. As part of the call he asked for the order number of the new account (the MS number). As I haven't received any text or email about the transfer I getting stressed out. I can't afford to lose my old number.

    @O2 hi. I have a works business phone via o2 and I can’t get wifi calling. Is this something that can just be activated on the phone i have Samsung A12. Looked on the phone there is no option to switch it on, but says sign in to activate it. Does the employer need to ask?
