And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

I never included my phone bill on my DRO because I was and still am up to date with payments. Am I right that because the contract be over £500 I have to declare it to you?
