-
Big Red (@bigredgaymer) reported@elgobsucram @O2 I know right, my mobile broadband speed through their network and any of their carriers is so bad where I live in South Manchester. If this price increase is applied to the device plan as well then I’m just paying it off and I’m done with O2.
-
Blue Nexi (@bluenexi) reported@O2 no way did odeon tickets go in first few seconds they became available. I had 2 phones on it and it crashed immediately on both and now saying out of stock. This was the one benefit I stick with o2 for and since you changed to any day never get them. #noreasontostay #dodgy
-
Tosca (@Cassandra234) reported@O2 I will be leaving as soon as my contract ends never to return and will urge all friends and family to avoid you like the plague.
-
Sophia Saffarian (@SophiaSaffarian) reportedIf you’re going to dump a completely unreasonable 17% price increase on your customers, at least have the decency to deal with the aftermath @O2. Call has been dropped on me 3 times so far because your staff can’t be bothered. Absolute **** show (excuse my French).
-
Suw (@Suw) reported@paulm844 @O2 @Ofcom Mine's gone from £12 to £14 in 10 months. OK, it's only a couple of quid, but everything's going up. They're blaming increased data use, though the data service here is rubbish. Half the time I can only get 3G.
-
Adjowa Sim 🇬🇭🇲🇸 (@Sims_Simmma) reported@O2 what is going on with the network in the E13 area????
-
Helen Nash 🎷🐈⬛ (@HelenWatkin11) reported@o2 it’s impossible to get the odeon tickets through priority… first second they are supposed be online there is a problem with the app… keep trying but then they are ‘out of stock’ in one minute. Absolute scam.
-
Naomi Taylor (@naomitaylorart) reported@O2 every week i’m on the app for 2pm to get the Odeon tickets and the ‘use now’ button comes up and I click it but it says ‘sorry there is a problem with your request’ I used to be able to get tickets when I pressed the use now button as am there exactly on time. So frustrating
-
Aaron Hudson 🇺🇦 (@Castiet) reported@ianyoungkop @O2 Yes you have read your contract this isn’t the network doing it it’s the government I’ve worked for EE o2 and Carphone over the last 10 years it is usually a really small amount and no one notices it is bigger than normal this year though
-
de Lacey (@deLaceyMusic) reported@O2 The virtual assistance is not helpful at all, and keeps sending me the same answer. I just want to cancel my contract. I have been with you for over a decade. It shouldn't be this hard.
