    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @virginmedia Looks like there's a fault throughout the UK. Also it doesn't help that I have to go outside into the middle of street to get a signal with @O2.

    @O2 No, I don't have any other SIM cards available. A slightly different question is: WHY can't you determine whether a phone is locked to a network? Seems a big hole in the whole scheme...

    @O2 Just joined your network today, I’m trying to get to o2 extras page but it says error? Is there a problem? I wanted to set up my Amazon prime 3 months free. It lets me log in but that page won’t come up.

    @O2 They've removed it, and will add it again in 24 hours. So I'll see how that goes. One wee quick thing (won't explain mums issue) is the provisioning different for an iPhone? My O2 account has an iPhone on it which my sister has. Her account has an Xperia which I have. 🙄

    The fact I haven’t had signal for hours is prt of the reason I will be looking to leave O2 - “busy in the area” isn’t an acceptable status when I have 0 bars. @O2

    @O2 Hi I was unable to attend the appointment for installation of DSL connection because I have to travel to India due to personal emergency. Please don't charge me any penalty for that. I request you to re-schedule the appointment for 19 July at 8AM CET. DSL Anschluss S-58575697
