And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. Got me to send the phone for repair and it came back saying fixed but it wasnt. I cancelled the contract midway and they got balifs onto me. Avoid

I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
