    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @O2 just to adk if you wiuld mind and i think you should check your customer service in the Bangor store, North Wales branch!!! Awful behaviour by one if your staff (welsh speaker) Up to today the service has been brilliant. Today well, phone down on me, excuses etc 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 None of it works! You can see from attached “no service”’and wherever i go in the house there is no signal! I use my phone for work purposes so this really is no good to me

    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    @O2 Thank you for the heads up, the postcode is actually a publicly accessible office where the signal drops out, so not a personal address.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 They just have generally awful service. Could never get 5g in my house on either giffgaff or sky (both run on 02) but since I’ve moved over to EE I’ve had no trouble getting 5g just about everywhere I go. Best switch I ever made.

    @O2 terrible service on live chat, they ignore what you say and then to resolve an app problem ask for so many details! Expecting them to ask my blood type and time of birth next!

    @O2 Since advising I want to return my device 2 weeks ago with no progress,I ordered another elsewhere,received it,returned it, received a refund,ordered another elsewhere and been using it for a week.But you have billed me.Does this help show just how poor your service is?

    Finally faced cancelling mum‘s phone contract with @O2 today. It was devastating but not difficult. I don‘t know if @GeorgeMonbiot‘s terrible experience with Vodafone made them all improve, but I am grateful that I was shown empathy and a quick resolution.

    @colinrtalbot @O2 I ordered a new phone from them a few years ago, it arrived damaged but they refused to refund or replace it, implying that I might have caused the damage! Went into an 02 shop to complain, but because I ordered online they refused to help me and just phoned the 02 helpline &

    @ThreeUK can you explain to your (potential) customers why you keep charging money for phones that are already paid off if a customer forgets to contact you? In times of #CostOfLivingCrisis £25/month for 6 months is a lot of money! @O2 can do it, why can’t you too?
