Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

Many councils refuse planning because of local opposition and pressure groups. In addition the forced swap out from Chinese telco equipment massively delayed expansion of the networks. UK is now 5yrs behind.

Steve Wright (@Steve_Wright85) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I’ve been 02 since it was Bt Cellnet. Finally left last year. Round my area got so bad, barely any signal in my house and surrounding areas. We were using WhatsApp WiFi to call. It’s been so poor for many people round here.
