There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. Lea Cat (@NoVATonschools) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I was an 02 customer for about 15 years and just put up with worsening signal (zero at home) and price rises. Had enough this March and had to get PAC codes via phone call. Couldn’t even complete the call because the signal was so bad- 02 do not care. I’ll never go back to them.
