@O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

@O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

@TalkTalk are also refusing to compensate me even though I’d be liable for charges if I missed the appt. can anyone help me claim money back? Or maybe @O2 could help and put me on a higher tarriff and I wave my data charges? Either way I desperately need the net for work!
