Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

Dear @o2 why is your 4g network so weak? I’m beginning to wonder why I pay for such an inconsistent service. It’s really not worth the money with terrible connection and stability issues.

@O2 Most patronising company I’ve dealt with and always get passed pillar to post when the advisers don’t have a clue what there doing so either cut you off or transfer you to someone else to tell your issues over and over!!!!?

@tiny_mischief @O2 Add to that when your contract is up and you move to monthly contracts only all of a sudden the connectivity to 4G is constantly at 1 bar and data runs out extremely quickly @O2 I never believed this happens but it is. Wry disappointing. Moving very soon.

@O2 customer service is shocking! Been hung up on twice now when simply trying to change direct debit date! Absolutely shocking, have 5 contracts with yourselves and going to move them all to @VodafoneUK when they are due for upgrade!
