Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 I went to my friends house to use her iPad & still the same, so it’s not my phone, not my broadband, iOS or anything else, it’s a YOU as in o2 are crap problem. After my current contract ends next year, which will mark THIRTY-FIVE years as an o2 customer I’ll be leaving! 😤

@O2 Absolutely shocking company now who fail to deliver. If it's not an appalling signal across the UK it's a useless priority app that crashes under the slightest pressure and when you complain, they fail to communicate, reply,which sums up how bad they are.
