Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 massive problems still in CV47 area. I was told the issue had been resolved 2 weeks ago but still intermittent signal. I rely on this for work and caused me big problems this week. Please hurry and sort it out O2. A refund surely is the least you can do.

Terrible service from @dhlexpressuk Ordered my daughters first mobile, should have been delivered (next day) last Thursday. Still sat in their warehouse with no clue when I’ll get it. Promised today but it’s still sat there. @O2 have been great as usual but DHL are failing you.

@O2 Generally everywhere. In my home in SW London I regularly have no service. In London. Quite often can’t make calls,from various areas in London. Urgently in Bournemouth and can’t access any apps whilst out and about. Don’t insult me by sending me to your help page. Be better.

@O2 please explain to me how I'm supposed to contact you when you have blocked all of my outgoing calls. This is the worst network I have ever been on. I pay for one of the phones on my account and you block both, send threatening messages and letters expecting me to contact you.

@O2 No I can’t as this gets rejected also. Apparently it is O2 fault having spoken at length to a very helpful lady call Allison. However five days to fix it your side isn’t too good really!!

@O2 why is it impossible to cancel Disney+? Disney+ say it has to be done via MyO2. MyO2 gives no option to cancel. Advisor said I need to do it on MyO2. Just keep being passed about and it’s getting frustrating now! Please can you help?

@O2 This isn’t acceptable. Your app is telling me to contact my bank, bank is advising your app is not working correctly. I need a number of someone to call to get this sorted and not your customer service
