John Riley (@stairforce) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Andy Pakula (@apakula) reportedHave you been the victim of direct debit abuse? @O2 helped themselves to more than £5000 for a service I never used or knew I had 'signed up for'. What companies have had their greedy hands your direct debit pockets? #fraud #Greed

Brian M (@ClanMcPhee1983) reported@O2 Sort your mobile phone coverage in Linwood, Scotland. It’s driving the whole town mad because it’s so bad. Doesn’t seem to matter how many of us complain to you about it, nothing ever gets done

nathan (@njvns) reported@O2 Hi, I’ve just tried to connect whilst outside a tube station and it’s done the same thing… there isn’t an option to “register”, the “Help Signing In” doesn’t provide any relevant support and I tried to call 202 but after selecting options to speak to an O2 Guru it hung up on me?

Bruce (@Bravo_10_Bravo) reported@O2 That’s great but in the meantime I’m paying for data I can’t access. Is it possible to end my contract early as you are unable to provide the service I’m paying for?

Bernard Cysewski (@BernardCysewski) reported@O2 No signal in WV4 are engineers on to this? Problems with mast!
-
Tim King (@TimKingVWGC) reported@O2 Thanks. Network coverage is supposedly good in Bath - but it’s not! It’s an ongoing problem and less than satisfactory. My wife and I have O2 on new iPhones - both have issues making calls outside in the BA2 area of Bath. Calls usually connect but conversation is impossible.

Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported@O2 Now, if you were to enable SMS over Wi-Fi like you've been promising for the last 4 years, I'd be less cheesed off. As it is now, I can't get into my bank, my PayPal account or even into my O2 account unless I go outside and hold the phone up looking like an idiot.

Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported@O2 Yes, you've looked into it and promised improvements that have not materialised. No point in looking into it again, I know you have no interest in investing in the network. Reception was usable when I signed up. Now I'm stuck with you for 18 mths.
