Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 how long am I meant to wait with no signal on my new sim after a PAC code was given last Saturday? I had to give the code three times over two weeks as it was and have now been without signal for almost 24 hours but still paying for two sims. Really poor service all round
