Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 the signal at m241ru is dreadful at the moment. Every day there is no data connection and my iPhone 12 regular loses connection to o2 completely. This is not just me but all the lads at work to.

@O2 placed an order with you only to be told the item is now out of stock. Can't cancel it on MyO2, can't log in for a chat because apparently that takes 48 hours. No phone number to call. What am I supposed to do? Why even process the order if out of stock? Not happy.

@KRTPRIME @O2 They sell stuff with the premise of having a cooling off period, not telling you that if you try to cancel 99% of the call operators will put the phone down on you if you change your mind xx it's hella shady!

@O2 Hi again. Yes, this is what you said and the terms of service say. The plan I sent you as no airplan in the contract, the costs are all handset. Phone support says the full contract will have rpi and that you have given incorrect information.

@O2 the worse service provider on the planet earth. Don’t be in a crowd of more than 10 ppl, in a shopping mall, on the high st, at a venue/concert etc. because you won’t get online. Ever. Shambles of a company. Avoid.
