    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 Sort yourselves out. Spend over £300 a month with you. Do an insurance claim as you won't allow me to switch-up and then you send me a crusty *** phone, covered in crap that was probably owned previously by somebody on a register. Better yet, charge me £90. What ********?

    @O2 so, it seems that you're deliberately ignoring people that are having log in issues. Can't log in on the app, can't log in on the pc. Verifying does absolutely nothing. 15 years I've been with you and this is unacceptable

    @O2 Yeah that’s really no use at all…. My whole household runs on o2 or Tesco mobile network and only one room picks up 2 bars of 4G the rest are 3G so what about the forgotten people of switch off who will lose access to communication?

    @O2 your My O2 App is a complete disaster! No one login to the App! No one can top up their PAYG. Look at all your reviews on GooglePlay. Please fix ASAP

    @O2 im having a horrible time with yourself atm , trying to get a phone out on contract amd the advisor keeps hanging up ! Very annoying

    @O2 Good luck with this. Probably unable to enter because the system crashes and throws you out or you can't get a mobile signal when outside to enter.

    @O2 eSIM upgrade for cheaper contract. Service assistants have not issued documentation and now I’m without service. I can’t call 202 of course and the nearest store is not convenient to get to.

    The amount of SMS spam I receive on my GiffGaff iPhone these days is ridiculous. Several per day. You'd think @giffgaff and @O2 would have proper spam filters on their network.
