Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@kemalh1 @O2 @dpduk_ This prob isn't helpful, but perhaps relatable. DPD "lost" my apple watch that I ordered with o2. It was all so dodgy, too long to post here. But please do NOT let this go. It took months for me to get my money back, DPD were literally no help at all.

@O2 raised a complaint 22 days ago no response, no call back from a manager, I check my bill today, my watch plan missing & being charge more than the contract. Why no uk call centre and why such a lack of service to paying customers who have been with you 4 years paying on time

@O2 The support I have received over the past week is absolutely awful, and I have lodged a formal complaint, when can I expect to see some sort of response to this? You can't just go wrongfully blocking accounts which have fully paid. That's a joke.
