    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 hi, are there issues with your network at the moment? I keep getting a message saying no SIM card installed when my SIM card is in the phone. It comes back for a new minutes then goes again 😢

    @O2 this must be one of the worst customer services I have experienced. For a week I have been trying to speak to someone. Chat is rubbish as automated & won't connect to a person. Shop refers to 202. 202 can't get 2 anyone, got hung up on & then ended in a loop to choose an opt.

    @NameOfTheMaster @O2 After numerous messages on here, trips into store and phone calls to O2 they’ve told me there’s been an issue with the warehouse (even though my handset shows as dispatched and delivery completed) The only way to rectify this has been to cancel the order ……..

    @O2 I have, but I also have an O2 sim which I’m having the same nonexistent network issues. Apparently it’s all across the Wirral, masts being down
