Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 You sent my upgrade to my old address and after 90 mins waiting to speak to someone I was passed to 4 people and was told the only way I’d get a new phone was today was to take out a new contract. I’ve been a customer for 20yrs. I just wanted to get a phone from my local store
