Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 as a loyal customer of 20 years I find my contact is ending and I’m now thinking of changing providers, voxi is cheaper on plans and the handset I’m looking at buy is £10 more expensive with o2 than pc world
