Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@Kezza_147 @O2 They do this with everyone. I bought esim 4 weeks ago, still have no access to online accounts. They asked me to visit their store to get active, at this day and age Now even the network is not good and they aren’t helping Switch to some other network. They are not very helpful.

@virginmedia @O2 The issue was you sold a product that had a hidden /ambiguous mobile contract attached. I looked at the contract and it is very poor. No opt in. Then months of harrasment and hours of calls. Not good

@O2 over 4 hours to get a PAC code to instigate my right to cancel (due to your unfair increase) then a phone call to support (on hold for 30 mins) get through and you cut me off. This is disgraceful customer service from a loyal customer of over 20 years. @MartinSLewis
