Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

Any danger of anyone answering my call on the 202 number? Have patiently gone through the automated queue twice now only to have phone put down on me once completed @O2? Can't seem to speak with anyone online either regarding an insurance query. Very frustrating!

@DarrylSparey @O2 @Authy Google doesnt just use SMS 2FA, You can use Authy or the Google app to get push notifications. The bank i cant help with tho :)
