Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 It's not summit new when a new bad with come available I get it there 5g but I pay for a 4g ready phone. So I shouldn't be losing 4g in areas I get 4g unless something was being tampered with as a form of marketing push at people wanting a new phone for 5g

Hi @O2 I logged a call in April 2021 reporting no signal in CM144HN. Since then I have been getting regular auto texts advising you are working on it. Can you please give a real update as the problem remains.

@RabbaGnosis @O2 The issue is that due to the power outages, masts are forced to rely on battery backups, which only last a few hours at most, causing loss of connection
