    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @virginmedia @O2 We all understand that issues can occur but it’s taking the p1ss to say you can’t fix an issue in less than 20 hours.

    yo @O2 my contract device plan ended with you. i'm no longer with your awful network.. how do I end the damn Airtime plan? as i'm not paying for Data I'm not using on a device that is bricked and was reused help with.
