Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
-
Toby #FBPE #FBPA (@tobybmth) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?
-
Aulternator (@Aulternator) reported@O2 I’m trying to spend money on an additional product and you can’t take my money ?? Issue logged 25/06 still no contact, what a great business model you have !!
-
Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.
-
Snow&Fairways (@IcyFairways) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Sane with three. Garbage.
-
Chris Dod (@ChrisDod1) reported@O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?
-
miniblob (@miniblob_dnr) reported@GitGrumpygit @LUDENClassics @O2 Amazed to hear that!!! In the South East, it's shocking!!! Motorways, Trainlines, Rural areas barely covered, if at all!!! Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!
-
iz (@iz__zy) reported@O2 it’s been a week now and I still can’t login into the priority app. What’s going on and what’s the problem? I’ve called customer service and DM and spent £4 on data which I didn’t need to. #service
-
A Rintsie (@arintsie) reportedAny idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs

Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
