Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 hi, I've got a poor signal and your coverage checker just says: Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it. It's been like this since Wed/Thu

@O2 has to be one of the most deliberately obstructive companies when customer tries to deliver notice of ending contract. Almost impossible to get anyone anywhere. My live chat seems to be dead too.
