Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 nice that someone has taken a phone and contract out in my elderly, disabled mother's name and O2 wont help us out at all because she can't give you the password or security answer. Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

@O2 me and hubby ordered new phones to be delivered today ! 😡 don’t look like that’s happening still in the depot , £800 for a phone and it takes days to get dispatched, crap service not happy at all
