Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

Having an absolute nightmare trying to help my elderly mother in law who @O2 seems to have been charging her not only for the phone number she uses but another unknown number which has had no activity. Trying to get refund for overpayment of £419.88 but @O2 making it V. difficult
