    @O2 is the WORST service of any mobile provider ever, I haven't had service for over 3 weeks 😡

    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @SkyHelpTeam doing a night shift from home and you have taken my service down. This is not ideal! You could have sent out an email to those affected by this so I could have made other arrangements. Having to use my phone as a hot spot so hoping I don’t go over my data! @O2

    @O2 On my wishlist is for the network in my area to actually work (Hove BN3) - there's been an outage since Monday and engineers are apparantely "working on it" but I've not been able to make or receive calls this whole time

    @O2 is there any chance of issues in S35 being sorted any time soon? I'm urgently needing to use my phone and been unable to make calls or receive texts all week! Engineer waiting for parts was a message on the update but quite frankly its not good enough.

    @O2 Yesterday I requested to retain my old mobile number and transfer the number to a new O2 contract. The number that I wanted to keep has now been disconnected and the number that I don’t want is Operational. What is going on O2? I have DM’d you twice with no response. Help me!

    @O2 Last week I switched from @Vodafone to @o2. After a week of misinformation, spending half my time in a queue to your customer service to rectify your mistakes and no internet outside my home, I’m switching back. AVOID O2 AT ALL COSTS.
