So changed my bank details with @O2 thought everything was ok got a text saying bill overdue. If @O2 staff don't know their arses fron their elbows that is their issue. Don't give right info but quick enough to remind you when your bill is overdue. #FUMING #Rantover

.@O2 has become a joke in Selby. Can’t make a call. Cut off 7 times in 40 minutes yesterday & twice today (only made 2 calls). It’s got worse & worse over last 6 months. Not renewing my contract if it’s not sorted. It’s absolutely disgusting how **** it’s got. Shameful. Unusable

@wakeupmummy @O2 Same problem for the last 4 days. I cancelled my Disney sub on the o2 website after the 6 month free trial and their system put a bar on my outgoing calls. 3 support staff involved, none of whom could help. 4th time calling and they spotted the bar on outgoing calls. Unbelievable
