  Another day with limited phone signal @SkyHelpTeam which @o2 are once again blaming on a faulty mast nearby. Same mast that’s been faulty for several months and one which I was sent a text about only a month ago suggesting it’s fixed .... err no it’s not

  @O2 I'm having issues with my network, it says I'm not registered with a network if I try and make a phone call. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

  @O2 Thanks, I've now spoken to someone one. It took 3 hours of trying because the automated service kept saying check online, bye. I get you're busy, but when you need to speak to someone why does it cut you off??

  @MFR_RT28 @O2 Would love a surprise off o2, one I’d like is decent 4g when I’m out and about. No connection in certain areas around where I work. And problem shot everything they’ve mentioned to no joy.
