    Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

    @O2 I just had your “Epic Tech Weekend” text message, even though I thought I opted out of all such things. At the end, it says “To stop texts, call 2220” — call, not text. Why? Not everyone who uses your service is capable of making voice calls, but this excludes them.

    NEVER set up a direct debit with @O2, they just took £775 from my bank unauthorised and without notice. They will do **** all to correct it

    @O2 but if im out the house how do i sign on? the email doesnt work no matter how many times i press the button and its not in the junk box. the text is to the house phone so i cant access the code and if i am in the house the number is said far too quickly

    My wife's been without phone service for nearly two days after they made her think she didn't have a choice (and that it wasn't a proper switch). Reflects so poorly on @O2
