Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 Why is there practically no usable mobile data at Telford Services on the M54? Phone-based navigation doesn’t work so one is tempted to use the phone while on the move to reset a destination. Inconvenient also for those who need an app for EV charging. Please do your own measurements to verify and then FIX IT.

So it turns out @o2 have exactly ONE competent employee and he works at the Buchanan Street. Spent my entire afternoon dealing with online customer service who wouldn’t help, the Braehead store that started the problem refused to help… Buchanan Street guy fixed it in 10 minutes
