Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 Day 109 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 hi my partner is trying to cancel his sim only contract that he got via virgin media. You’re trying to charge him early termination fees but our email from virgin states that this is waived. What can he do? Nobody seems to know what to do.

@O2 I live in WS13 area. The coverage is appalling. Your shop cannot help. Cannot contact you on landline. Helpline kept me waiting for over 15 mins then cut me off. Twice. Poor service for months,paying for a service I don't get. This is a matter for @Ofcom #o2poorservice
