Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@O2 @ComplyandBye Is it still true if they increase it more than 10% we can cancel with no penalty because nearly 20% increase is disgusting and absolutely taking advantage and I have 5 lines with o2.
