Jesus christ I just want to pay my bloody phone bill, yet @O2 website is 'busy' and I can't ring to pay as I have zero service (I haven't had service for over a month). Honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. Fuming.

@cecexvi @O2 at this point you have to express the amount of anxiety and frustration it’s causing you. down right to emotional distress because you cannot receive important calls or make outgoing calls. they have to do more for you smh
