    @OriginBroadband internet gone crazy last few days. Globe light in router going off then red. Devices say there is WiFi but not connected. Turned off and on, not the solution! Any suggestions?

    @OriginBroadband Your direct debit system is faulty, your live chat is broken, no one answers calls and you've removed the option to pay outstanding invoices via your website. How am I meant to fix an issue when I can't get through to anyone?

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

    @ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

    As you were @OriginBroadband โ€” problem seems to be with the SpeedSmart app on my iPhone. Crappy Zoom call quality could be someone elseโ€™s problem, too.

    @OriginBroadband Can someone please explain why, for the past couple of months, my internet stops working every night between 9-10? Also since youve amended my isp and sent me a new router iv had constant issues? I currently have 'connected without internet' displayed!

    @lindahudson66 @OriginBroadband They are professional thieves, using misdirection and contractual law to scalp people out of their money. That they use illegally installed recurring payments to recover money when people cancel direct debits due to poor service is only one of their tools of deception.
