This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".
