  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband You can then see if you are getting 1000's of unrecoverable errors causing it to be slow. Or if you are on a really really old ADSL connection (like I was at Longleat), then I kept getting locked into a very low BRAS profile and it would stay at 1-2 MBs for weeks and slowly climb

  @OriginBroadband why are you tweeting me threatening penalty charges for exiting my contract early? You also emailed me saying I could leave without penalty because you breached your contract with me! It took over 6 months for you to admit you were wrong & have appalling service!

  @OriginBroadband we're getting a pre-recorded msg that says 'no routes found' when dialling numbers in USA and Canada. Been like this since yesterday. Called support but no joy getting it fixed. Can you help?
