.@OriginBroadband I’ve just spent time on the phone being fed bullshit by one of your first line support techs. Despite what he says, changing my DNS server will not affect how your core network routes packets and throws them at random into the bin. Sort your **** out.

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband Hi mate, usually when you sign a broadband deal it will set out in the main headlines the term. You can't cancel at any time as you're tied in for that term. I think you'd get a bit of grace maybe if you were in the final 30-60 days but what Origin are requesting is the norm.

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband I wasn't referring to the 5400 page document. It will have been right next to the price when you signed up. It's not really the fault of the service provider. If its as a result of Covid then can't you apply for a grant and/or support from the Govt or University?

@OriginBroadband if we cancel early and pay the cancellation fee are you going to continue stealing money from us as you appear to have done to others?

@JackTheL4d @abbeylinegold @OriginBroadband I've been on their website and it says 18 month term right below the price. Nevertheless it's obviously a pandemic led situation that, I agree, you shouldn't be liable for as a student. Surely there must be support to cover this that you can claim from Govt or University?
