-
Kiro (@RealKiro) reported@OriginBroadband No point, customer service is terrible since I’ve complained multiple times and every time you guys just ask for more money to “upgrade” the internet or ask for hundreds just so I can leave the contract…
-
David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported@OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reported@OriginBroadband Hello. My service is due to be connected on 10th Feb. Why has my router not yet arrived?
-
Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

Richard Hesketh ☯️⚛☮️ #CancelRoyalty (@RichardHesketh1) reported@KiltedTxn I thought I had. @OriginBroadband I'll try again. Why does my Wireless Calling keep dropping out? It's never stable.
-
Graham Marley (@GrahamMarley) reported@OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE
-
Andy Hannah (@andyhannahcorby) reported@OriginBroadband my wifi has been terrible lately, you doing work in NN18 area or anything that would explain this?
-
Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@lindahudson66 @OriginBroadband They are professional thieves, using misdirection and contractual law to scalp people out of their money. That they use illegally installed recurring payments to recover money when people cancel direct debits due to poor service is only one of their tools of deception.

Mike Wilson 🐟 (@CraftyOldGit) reported@editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

Shay (@organised) reported from Coventry, EnglandStayed with @OriginBroadband in the new house because they’re great for service and you can take your own modem — would have killed for @virginmedia but alas that area is too rural 😭
