    @OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband ......you must be so proud! Even after providing THREE months notice of termination and you still want to bill me for a FOURTH month! A service I haven't used due to moving house. Really poor customer service from a company with a poor attitude! 😡😠🤬
