  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband we're getting a pre-recorded msg that says 'no routes found' when dialling numbers in USA and Canada. Been like this since yesterday. Called support but no joy getting it fixed. Can you help?

  @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

  @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

  @OriginBroadband It's nice of you to provide an alternative for when the extremely shoddy work your techs do on your behalf with our NBN box leaves our internet down for weeks on end :D
