I've been waiting on a call from my ISP, @OriginBroadband for two days now and I finally got a call today, but it was from their promotions team to ask me about their special offers. WHILE I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM TO CALL ME AND FIX MY SERVICE.

@OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

Don't ever choose @OriginBroadband they never communicate anything to you. I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @WeAreOpenreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase them. Awful!!!

@junententh @OriginBroadband Ah ok. Don’t want to swap provider as no problem with Origin other than this. Might have found a way using port forwarding on the router - fingers crossed
