    @Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.

    @OriginBroadband worst service, no internet connected for a week. Get given runaround every time we call.

    @OriginBroadband, @Ofcom 1/2 been paying for a service I never ever received the Internet I paid for, I'm disabled and my kids suffered with no internet, you have no helpline that ever works.

    @OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.
