@paige_114 @MartinSLewis @OriginBroadband The disappointment of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a bargain is forgotten.

  • AndyPDarvill Andy Darvill (@AndyPDarvill) reported

@Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband If I can’t I will simply exercise my right to cancel as the product is not fit for purpose, I rarely have internet problems but the customer service team are useless and trained liars

  • CMaton1 C. Maton (@CMaton1) reported

@OriginBroadband When my mother eventually got through to origin broadband support, their first idea was to perform a router hard reset, problem is my mum had upgraded from shitty single band router which then deletes the net login settings, removing her access to her internet

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@CMaton1 @OriginBroadband Reminds me of when I was using Compunet on my Commodore 64 back in 1983. With chronically slow speeds of 1200/75 baud it was still way better & more stable than the **** that @OriginBroadband are peddling as a service. Also, when you rang them at least someone answered the phone.

  • nickytip792 nickytipping (@nickytip792) reported

  • nickytip792 nickytipping (@nickytip792) reported
