@SSE @OriginBroadband Hey, I know your broadband customers were "transitioned" to utility warehouse, but I'm trying to find our broadband credentials. Where are we supposed to go now to manage that service? I can't seem to login to Origin and anxiety makes me nervous to call you

@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".

@OriginBroadband Your direct debit system is faulty, your live chat is broken, no one answers calls and you've removed the option to pay outstanding invoices via your website. How am I meant to fix an issue when I can't get through to anyone?

@OriginBroadband: Sorry we messed up, but we credited your account and now the next month is free. Also @originbroadband: You haven't paid last month's bill, so we're going to charge you £10 and limit your service in 7 days. How would you rate your service?
