    @OriginBroadband Isn't this how you operate? Shockingly slow internet and even worse customer service? Modus Operandi from my experience. Avoid if possible!

    @OriginBroadband my broadband went down from 60geg to 35meg and i was still getting charged for 60meg robbers

    @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

    If you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🤬

    @OriginBroadband @N0bster Avoid been with these for the past 18 months they are dreadful can only get Wi-Fi in the room where the router is and it's slow impossible to get hold of I'll be cancelling it when my contract is up

    So when you "move house" as a @OriginBroadband customer they treat you as a new customer, give you a new customer reference, leave the old account intact and put you on a new contract. WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?
