    @OriginBroadband I spoke with Gareth in your retentions department last week. Just wanted to let you know he did a fantastic job. Most helpful customer service experience I can remember. I called to cancel but ended up on an 18 month deal. Very happy customer!

    @_fadgie_ @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Trying to charge me ยฃ1.50 a month because their internet wonโ€™t connect properly to my Nintendo switch?? How is that legal? Itโ€™s THEIR issue I shouldnโ€™t have to pay for it

    @OriginBroadband absolutely disgraceful customer services, especially amidst a global pandemic when vulnerable people who are shielding are rely heavily on their internet and phone lines for their safety and well-being. Avoid them at all costs they are awful.

    @OriginBroadband You recently announced price increases and say "We have invested in our national network and equipment to improve the overall performance of our network." the only problem is YOU DON'T HAVE A NETWORK! you are just a reseller. This is a complete lie
