JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reported@OriginBroadband Hello. My service is due to be connected on 10th Feb. Why has my router not yet arrived?
-
JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reportedThis is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for £0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.
-
Rob Clark (@Rob_Clark) reported@OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream
-
David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported@OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.
-
THE DEVIL PAUL HIRST (@devilrides666) reported@OriginBroadband do you have a phone number for help changing my router password as I am locked out of it
-
OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported@PerBetts @OriginBroadband dont forget as well you pay 2 months ahead for your service so the likliehood is they owe you money
-
riggheadFUT (@Itzrigg) reported@OriginBroadband SORT YOUR **** OUT ******* HELL WORST BROADBAND AND MOST UNRELIABLE OUT THERE
-
Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.
-
Hugh Harvey (@DrHughHarvey) reported@oliviasolon Try @OriginBroadband - £29 a month, good service
-
JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reportedSo when you "move house" as a @OriginBroadband customer they treat you as a new customer, give you a new customer reference, leave the old account intact and put you on a new contract. WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?
