@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband the company boasts a customer base of over 400,000 users, but has only 2 permanent tech support staff, with 2 more helping when the are not making tea or sweeping up ... that alone should tell you something.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@CMaton1 @OriginBroadband Reminds me of when I was using Compunet on my Commodore 64 back in 1983. With chronically slow speeds of 1200/75 baud it was still way better & more stable than the **** that @OriginBroadband are peddling as a service. Also, when you rang them at least someone answered the phone.

  • poppocool Stephen (@poppocool) reported

@OriginBroadband There is nothing to say, you need to stop charging people for a service you can't provide.

@OriginBroadband My broadband isn’t working, I can’t log into my account and I never get transferred to your team on live chat (waited 20 minutes after the message from Botty). Can you help me here instead? Thanks

  • SIM0NALLEN Sim0n Allen 🌍🇮🇪🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@SIM0NALLEN) reported

@OriginBroadband any advice I can give to my elderly parents who have been left without internet access for the past week by yourselves despite having been told it would be resolved in 24hrs? Also promised a new router which has never arrived.

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@martinleduck @OriginBroadband It's just another one of their many broken promises, 2nd only to "your refund cheque is in the post".

  • paige_114 P a i g e . (@paige_114) reported

@Kazza_Cookie @MartinSLewis @OriginBroadband I think they’ve given up with me. I’ve put a complaint in through resolver, hoping I get somewhere with them. I just wish they would let me cancel it. Awful service

  • nickytip792 nickytipping (@nickytip792) reported

@not_broadband @OriginBroadband My router has broken can't get internet connection still paying the bill but want £40 for a new router after the engineer said its blown and bin it as no good i won't be renewing my contract with origin broadband

  • nickytip792 nickytipping (@nickytip792) reported

@OriginBroadband hi can someone explain why I have to pay £40 for a new router when the circuit board had gone according to the engineer and was told to bin it also can you tell me how much it would cost me to cancel my contract and I'll also be writing to the ombudsman about it

  • AndyPDarvill Andy Darvill (@AndyPDarvill) reported

@Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband If I can’t I will simply exercise my right to cancel as the product is not fit for purpose, I rarely have internet problems but the customer service team are useless and trained liars
