  @OriginBroadband is an absolute joke. Customer services are insulting & some workers clearly dont do jobs correctly. I've never had this problem with any other companies as they listen. I take care of all my moms bills due to her age & deafness. She gives consent yet you don't

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband It still didn't make the price increase legitimate, and you haven't actually refuted that! Neither have you refuted that existing customers are now paying for cheaper deals for new customers. These practises should attract the attention of @ofcom and @BBCWatchdog. Very poor.

  @OriginBroadband Can someone tell me why my internet speed has nearly halved? Why it doesnt work upstairs? And why my IP address thinks im in Basingstoke when im at the opposite end of the country?

  @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.
