@OriginBroadband our Internet has just stopped is there a problem that hasn't been notified on?

  • sarahspoon Sarah (@sarahspoon) reported

@OpenreachHelp Yes I know, been back & forth with @OriginBroadband for weeks. They say it’s your issue. The problem is with the Internet coming into the house, NOT our router. I just want to know why you’re sending engineers without warning and destroying our street’s ability to work?

  • ChilliPepperAli dr ali hawkes (@ChilliPepperAli) reported

@OriginBroadband Your customer services are absolutely shocking. You don’t reply on the live chat for 2 hours at a time then if you don’t get a reply in 5 minutes you close the conversation. Useless.

  • OriginBroadban1 OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported

@sarahspoon @OpenreachHelp @OriginBroadband they can do something. If they have said they can't they are lying. If there is an Openreach incident they can give you updates and provide clear communication
