I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

If you click on the "chat with us" it does nothing. I'm getting Throttled into oblivion daily and it's beyond a joke.

Andy Darvill (@AndyPDarvill) reported@OriginBroadband it appears your TV package is a gimmick!! I have more channels on my smart TV and for free!! Plus my streaming service keeps freezing as you guaranteed 67mbps is only getting an average of 19 mbps!! Poor service and I’m not paying for it!! 🤬🤬🤬
