No matter how good a deal it sounds, never try @OriginBroadband they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! No idea of customer service and managers never get back to you! I have no internet, no job and supposed to have an interview this week over zoom....

  • ruth_elenaf R-Elena (@ruth_elenaf) reported from Bracknell, England

Don't ever choose @OriginBroadband they never communicate anything to you. I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @WeAreOpenreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase them. Awful!!!

@alex_massey7 @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband If you still haven't received anything from them holding down the reset button on the back of the router for 30 seconds will factory reset it and you'll get the password on the back of the router

  • davidjbodman David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported

@tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract

  • JadeLaithwaite Jade Laithwaite (@JadeLaithwaite) reported

@OriginBroadband Im paying for a service but xou are failing to provide this service, you also didn't send me ts and cs...... Wonder what @Ofcom will have to say about this

  • davidjbodman David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported

@OriginBroadband @OriginBroadban1 Material detriment A1.10 Ofcom is likely to treat any price increase4 to the agreed core subscription price (however constructed and described in the contract terms)5 during the fixed term of a telecommunications contract as a modification

  • DavidInSouthend DavidInSouthend (@DavidInSouthend) reported

@OriginBroadband I spoke with Gareth in your retentions department last week. Just wanted to let you know he did a fantastic job. Most helpful customer service experience I can remember. I called to cancel but ended up on an 18 month deal. Very happy customer!

  • dguillaume David (@dguillaume) reported

@OriginBroadband You recently announced price increases and say "We have invested in our national network and equipment to improve the overall performance of our network." the only problem is YOU DON'T HAVE A NETWORK! you are just a reseller. This is a complete lie

  • MrWayneThompson Wayne Thompson (@MrWayneThompson) reported

@OriginBroadband can someone please give me an email to send a complaint as so far you are a joke!

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

Still no reply to the complaint I raised on Friday. @OriginBroadband continue to ignore @Ofcom guidelines related to fixed-term contracts. Ts&Cs state "monthly rolling contracts" can increase in price, nothing regarding fixed-term contracts. Disgraceful company and support.

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

@OriginBroadband I have spent over an hour and a half online with "support", they say I cannot cancel my contract before June otherwise, I will have to pay penalties. Why not answer here why you feel you can ignore the guidelines I've linked to? Or are Origin going to reverse this policy?

  • flyerbetic Mike Dunning (@flyerbetic) reported

@OriginBroadband utterly awful online support please tell me how to escalate this to a manager.
