I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @WeAreOpenreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase them. Awful!!!

So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

Having charged my daughter over Β£200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay Β£40 on a contract she doesn't have.
