Whatever you do, don't choose @OriginBroadband they never communicate anything to you. I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @openreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase. Awful!!

No matter how good a deal it sounds, never try @OriginBroadband they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! No idea of customer service and managers never get back to you! I have no internet, no job and supposed to have an interview this week over zoom....

@JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

@OriginBroadband @N0bster Avoid been with these for the past 18 months they are dreadful can only get Wi-Fi in the room where the router is and it's slow impossible to get hold of I'll be cancelling it when my contract is up

@OriginBroadband WOW. Award winning???? Honestly The worst customer service i have encountered from any company in my life. on top of being lied to over a engineer turning up to my property. TWO days taken off of work and still waiting for engineer to turn up.GOODBYE
