I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @WeAreOpenreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase them. Awful!!!

No idea of customer service and managers never get back to you! I have no internet, no job and supposed to have an interview this week over zoom....

Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.
