I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @openreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase. Awful!!

If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.
