I've been waiting for over a month for broadband to be set up. @WeAreOpenreach keep canceling my set up & finding errors apparently. I'm promised dates for live internet then have to chase them. Awful!!!

No idea of customer service and managers never get back to you! I have no internet, no job and supposed to have an interview this week over zoom....

So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?

These people be selling sick puppies with genetic problems to people for 15K. I heard a case where 14 pitbulls, all from the same litter attacked people. It was in their genes

This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.
