@OriginBroadband Not happy, your customer service is as slow as your internet speeds – so far waiting over 45 minutes for a reply on your Technical Service live chat. Says replying in under 8 minutes. Running on 0.8mbps. Awful service received so far!

@KennethCarleto6 @GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Because the people behind the scenes that own and control the company are complete ***** with no interest other than money, don't judge the staff in the same light, they are genuinely trying to help you but are handcuffed by company policy and GREED!

@Meesh590 @OriginBroadband just wait till you cancel and they continue to bill you for 5 months afterwards even though you are with a different company, their ineptitude knows no boundaries.

@topballak @OriginBroadband I asked them to waive my termination fees in light of poor service, which they did. I'd find someone else - Origin have been nothing but trouble. Report them to trading standards too (I have) so their rep gets about.
