Helena Mandleberg (@HJMandleberg) reported from Redditch, England@OriginBroadband I’ve only been a customer for a week and am already seriously unimpressed. I have no broadband a week after ‘installation’ and can’t even access my account to check the status of my order. Really, really poor. I’d appreciate some contact ASAP please.

jane elledge (@badwolfjane) reported from Bromsgrove, England@junententh @OriginBroadband Did you resolve this issue regarding Xbox one double Nat as getting this and it is nothing within our end so something Origin or MS have done?
-
jane elledge (@badwolfjane) reported from Bromsgrove, England@junententh @OriginBroadband Ah ok. Don’t want to swap provider as no problem with Origin other than this. Might have found a way using port forwarding on the router - fingers crossed

Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Very. You are definitely looking at a line/sync issue there for sure. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop

Chris McFadyen (@_fadgie_) reported@RealKiro @OriginBroadband Worst provider of any service ive experienced
-
Sandra H20 (@SandraH10347464) reported@OriginBroadband why do you keep sending me emails as if im still a customer saying if you would like to cancel ring us i cancelled in 2017 ! your still trying to offer me a new contract as if im still with you .
-
Connor Bull (@Connor_Bull) reported@OriginBroadband your broadband is ******* shite. A brick could provide better service
-
Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

THE DEVIL PAUL HIRST (@devilrides666) reported@OriginBroadband do you have a phone number for help changing my router password as I am locked out of it
-
Caz (@Caz62639853) reported@Mero46008244 @OriginBroadband They are shonky, id give them a miss and go to BT or Sky….better connection and service
-
Mike Wilson 🐟 (@CraftyOldGit) reported@editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.
