@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.

@OriginBroadband we're getting a pre-recorded msg that says 'no routes found' when dialling numbers in USA and Canada. Been like this since yesterday. Called support but no joy getting it fixed. Can you help?

This is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for £0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

So when you "move house" as a @OriginBroadband customer they treat you as a new customer, give you a new customer reference, leave the old account intact and put you on a new contract. WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?

@MeghnaMajumdar @OriginBroadband Most companies worth their salt have a live service checker to tell you if there is an outage.
