    @OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems. I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

    @OriginBroadband can you tell me why you never suggested replacing the router that you initially sent me for go live. After the open reach tech told you it was defective.

    @OriginBroadband Your customer services are absolutely shocking. You don’t reply on the live chat for 2 hours at a time then if you don’t get a reply in 5 minutes you close the conversation. Useless.
