@flyerbetic @OriginBroadband Mike, I genuinely have never worked for a worse company. Just Google them and you’ll understand. They have about 6 people on IT support and about 10 people who are cross trained on everything. It’s an absolute **** show.

@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

Very disappointed in @OriginBroadband upselling me into a 18 month contract just a month ago then following it up with a swift price hike. A very shady move. Only took six months to go from a sure-thing to never-again. Ofcom here I come?

I've just spent half an hour on hold with @OriginBroadband and given up, also 20 mins on webchat with no answer. I'm cancelling as I've not had any broadband for a week, and now I have another reason. How do I cancel if I can't speak to anyone... it's a conundrum.
