    @OriginBroadband Isn't this how you operate? Shockingly slow internet and even worse customer service? Modus Operandi from my experience. Avoid if possible!

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband so no 24/7 technical support number any more so have to report issues on twitter - not been able to connect in DE65 line sync looks ok so issue looks further upstream
