    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband looking at the latest reviews I still see a third of Origin broadband customers still receiving outdated equipment with a completely broken down customer service. How long can you survive?

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
