Having charged my daughter over £200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay £40 on a contract she doesn't have. If you've had electrical storms recently, potentially quick and easy to just swap out the VSDL filter (if you have a draw full of the old things), see if that allows the noise on the line and the Att. to drop
