    @OriginBroadband Isn't this how you operate? Shockingly slow internet and even worse customer service? Modus Operandi from my experience. Avoid if possible!

    @OriginBroadband @N0bster Avoid been with these for the past 18 months they are dreadful can only get Wi-Fi in the room where the router is and it's slow impossible to get hold of I'll be cancelling it when my contract is up

    @OriginBroadband -msg'd you re a txt about payment but no response. Can you advise - i've always paid by DD and nothing changed my end - plenty £££'s in the bank! Any support appreciated. Can you fix the security alert when clicking 'My Account' link on email or your website!

    @OriginBroadband looking at the latest reviews I still see a third of Origin broadband customers still receiving outdated equipment with a completely broken down customer service. How long can you survive?

    Hey @OriginBroadband is your service down or anything I came home today to find that my internet is completely gone and restarting the router does nothing the dsl light on the box is off Cheers

    @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

    @OriginBroadband I have cancelled my account (C0069251) in early October. You stopped sending me bills but did not cancel my direct debit and keep charging me for a service you are not providing.

    @NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???
