    (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.

This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.
