You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.
