    @OriginBroadband my nat type is always showing strict how do I change it to open as it’s always been a problem but I keep getting fobbed off

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband looking at the latest reviews I still see a third of Origin broadband customers still receiving outdated equipment with a completely broken down customer service. How long can you survive?

    Just a heads up on a possible problem. Black fox and Odin may not be able to stream this weekend due to tech issues with their I.S.P. they maybe back tomorrow or by Monday, depends on when @OriginBroadband get them back online. As they do seem to love cutting ppl off @ random

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made.   What happens next?   We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence
