    @JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband ive got a problem i have a playstation but my nat type is 3 and as a result of that i cant join people on a game called minecraft ive tried everything to change it from moving my playstation closer to the router to changing some of my router settings.
