@OriginBroadband, my broadband keeps dropping at 1-3pm, 4-6pm and 12-1.30am, almost everyday. Not sure what to do; no one is responding from the customer service team. I think it’s time to look for another provider.

  • __getinthebin Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported

@OriginBroadband I’m on hold to you for the second time today now. Is anyone going to pick up? The first dude fobbed me off with some nonsense. If you’re going to give first line support techs things to BS customers with, at least make it believable. Also, pro tip: don’t try to BS a techie.

@middlecrov @OriginBroadband Hi, if you do want to leave because of the price hike, they have breached their "Terms of Service" for fixed-term customers (in "Price Changes" section). They are also contravening Ofcom General Condition 9.6. They must give you the option to leave without penalty. Good luck!
