  • Lunindi Christie O'Connor (@Lunindi) reported

@OriginBroadband Hi, popped you a message. I was told you were aware of an issue.

  • chinscjp Chinthana Siriwardhana (@chinscjp) reported

@OriginBroadband I dont have service for more than 2 weeks now. No solution but insulting and time wasting and asking £167/- to let me leave even no service. Blood sucking company you are.

@GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Yeah heard you talk about it on Pat's stream they are on some **** I'd demand some kinda discount at this point just for their negligence

  • Geri18 Geri (@Geri18) reported

@OriginBroadband just signed up with them, and received a broken router, feel very shaky about the service, don't know if they can start on go live date. Massive disruption

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@KennethCarleto6 @GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Because the people behind the scenes that own and control the company are complete ***** with no interest other than money, don't judge the staff in the same light, they are genuinely trying to help you but are handcuffed by company policy and GREED!

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@Agent47Connor @OriginBroadband I think they just give out a phone number that doesn't work because I had the same issue. Just ask them to waive your termination fees due to poor service and get someone else.

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@xblackcatxx13 @OriginBroadband They're just crap. I used Martin Lewis's site and asked them to waive my termination fees because of poor service (which they did) and just get someone else. Good luck with the handover.

  • Devotchka0183 Morag Malchick (@Devotchka0183) reported

@Lunindi @OriginBroadband Just leave them. Report the poor service and ask them to waive your termination and get another provider. I would encourage you to report them to trading standards too. Then their rep will be more well known.

@junententh @OriginBroadband Ah ok. Don’t want to swap provider as no problem with Origin other than this. Might have found a way using port forwarding on the router - fingers crossed
