    @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    @PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband the bull from origin Thank you for speaking to us, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the resolution offered.   We have gone over all of the evidence we have and we've given what we believe is a fair and reasonable resolution to your complaint – .

    @OriginBroadband - my internet has been down for around 5 hours now, support only available until 1pm on Sundays. What's the problem?
