Was considering @OriginBroadband as part of my 'ditch @talktalk' but their sales rep refused to answer a simple question about which wholesale provider they use. @zeninternet maybe then? At least I'll know they use BTW at my exchange and the customer service should be solid

Internet down for the best part of 24 hours, spoke to ‘live chat’ and was told ‘Broadband’ engineers would sort within 24 hours. It’s getting close! @OriginBroadband @OriginBroadban1

@SilviaGuddei @OriginBroadband by non payment I mean that Origin failed to pay their supplier, so the service was cut off, meaning you lost your internet.

@OriginBroadband My internet connection keeps dropping out. I called someone about this a few weeks ago, and it seemed to be fixed. Now it is telling me there is a problem with the ‘DNS Server’? It is unable to connect?
