    @OriginBroadband Have @OriginBroadband gone bust? Broadband no longer works, the customer portal doesn't work and no one answers the phone or DMs. It's all looking like time to find a new supplier.

    @OriginBroadband my broadband went down from 60geg to 35meg and i was still getting charged for 60meg robbers

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

    @Rob46156436 @OriginBroadband 70,000 customers, WOW in the last quarter of 2018 they were slapping themselves on the back, bragging about hitting the 250,000 customer mark. That's an awful lot of people to lose in just 3 years, and a good indicator of how terrible they were, people were happy to pay to leave.
