I have no broadband a week after ‘installation’ and can’t even access my account to check the status of my order. Really, really poor. I’d appreciate some contact ASAP please.

Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.
