@OriginBroadband I’ve only been a customer for a week and am already seriously unimpressed. I have no broadband a week after ‘installation’ and can’t even access my account to check the status of my order. Really, really poor. I’d appreciate some contact ASAP please.

@OriginBroadband I have a real problem trying to get through on your automated line with the funny woman that uses too many fs when she speaks, and annunciates in an odd way. The pulse dialing on the 5 mobile phones I've tried doesn't work, neither does it from a landline. Help!

  • Schmell_DeCoffe Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported

@charlaayoo @OriginBroadband Do some searching about "Double NAT" and don't let them charge you for a fixed IP to remedy the issue. The reason you have a problem is because of the way they manage their network. You shouldn't have to pay extra to fix that.
