@sarahspoon @OpenreachHelp @OriginBroadband they can do something. If they have said they can't they are lying. If there is an Openreach incident they can give you updates and provide clear communication

I've just spent half an hour on hold with @OriginBroadband and given up, also 20 mins on webchat with no answer. I'm cancelling as I've not had any broadband for a week, and now I have another reason. How do I cancel if I can't speak to anyone... it's a conundrum.
