    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband WOW. Award winning???? Honestly The worst customer service i have encountered from any company in my life. on top of being lied to over a engineer turning up to my property. TWO days taken off of work and still waiting for engineer to turn up.GOODBYE

    just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"

    @YourSSE can anyone help please? I have no Internet. There is no one to contact. I know SSE were takennover by Talk Talk, but Origin are the ones who supply the broadband. No one seems to be answering any of my messages @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband
