Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband No problems. Also, it';s good to know that the filter is very very tolerant of electrical events so when doing the dance with technical support teams, it's hardly ever going to be a filter failure.

Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

Having charged my daughter over Β£200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay Β£40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?
