  @OriginBroadband Do you ever reply to emails? Your online chat never works either. On top of that you just sent me abill fo line rental for £20 for no reason when I paid up front for 12 months. Not happy!

  Just a heads up on a possible problem. Black fox and Odin may not be able to stream this weekend due to tech issues with their I.S.P. they maybe back tomorrow or by Monday, depends on when @OriginBroadband get them back online. As they do seem to love cutting ppl off @ random

  @Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?
