David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported@middlecrov @OriginBroadband Hi, if you do want to leave because of the price hike, they have breached their "Terms of Service" for fixed-term customers (in "Price Changes" section). They are also contravening Ofcom General Condition 9.6. They must give you the option to leave without penalty. Good luck!

If you’re going to give first line support techs things to BS customers with, at least make it believable. Also, pro tip: don’t try to BS a techie.
