    @Plusnet STILL.NOT.WORKING. How on earth can a major UK ISP not recover its email platform after nearly 72hrs?? Cannot login to webmail (which I never use anyway to access the inbox) and my email clients (Outlook / eM Client) cannot authenticate over IMAP or POP3. This is appalling.

    @weeartyfarty @MarcAllera @Plusnet Oo-er... and there were gmail problems earlier too... sounds like summat's afoot on a much bigger scale... or is it all just coincidence? :-)

    @Plusnet FYI, email returned today, around noon, but I now cannot send email, even though the connection doctor says logins are succeeding on both my accounts. I really hope you have some kind of offer planned to recompense the loss of the service.

    @Plusnet This is the same response as yesterday almost word for word. Still no explanation. Emails still not working. Just not good enough @Plusnet.

    @Plusnet I am using an email client and I can assure you it isn't working properly... Service keeps throwing the same error messages as the last 2 days however now a few emails go through.

    @tptsonar @Plusnet Let hope Plusnet can fix Email service (And do us proud). You think Company owned by BT would have plan B. I feel sorry for all people who have lost money due to no Email. Look like Plusnet Email sever is old Intel 486 with 1 meg ram in cleaner's cupboard.

    @NickMoyes @Plusnet I still have no email. Still down. I’m a John Lewis Broadband customer via Plusnet. Internet Ok but hardly any mail access since 10th. Terrible situation.
