    @Plusnet day10 without WiFi. Was told to take the morning off work for your engineer and they havnt turned up. And your customer service team told me nothing they can do about it. Absolute shambles. SCAM company #plusnet

    I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
