@Plusnet Hello since yesterday I've not been able to make and phone calls period . Network busy message or just a beep then drop call. This is the same on my daughter's phone and my wife's as we are all on Plusnet. I would like to know what's going on as I am unable to call them.

@cstross I wish I could give recommendations, but in my experience VM and Plusnet are just as bad. I suppose this is why customer service is so poor across the board. What incentive is there to make an effort when your competitors aren't providing a noticeably better alternative?

@Plusnet Hi, my broadband has been down since yesterday following me advising you of that I’m changing my provider at the contract end date. I raised a support request early this morning 218661001 though still no response.
