@maobook @TalkTalk Give @Plusnet a go Lee They've been fantastic since I've been with them Don't charge you extra for Superfast broadband and I get another brilliant deal on their mobile service too I get Broadband unlimited and unlimited calls I can honestly say Plusnet have been the best

@Plusnet for a company that seems to pride themselves on a finagled high end customer service, it seems virtually impossible to actually contact you without getting tossed about to non PN support forums and the like. i need to report my router/service not being fit for purpose.

@Plusnet Are you able to tell me the charges for cancelling my contract please? I’ll keep an eye on my account until into the new year in case it changes but they seem certain I can’t bring my service across :(
