  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

But you get the idea :P I worked at the larger internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where...

  Oh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

  @Plusnet I'm very happy with my PlusNet broadband and I've been with you many years but this aspect of your customer support is crap. My options seem to be: a) phone and wait 20mins+ or b) phone and wait 20 mins + Hmmnn... 🤔

  Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

  @Plusnet Already raised a complaint and doesn't seem to be making a difference! Really quite woeful to be honest. Please can you forward my complaint to the Ombudsman
