@Plusnet hi can someone please dm me as I've got a billing issue (DD didn't go out as I didn't realise bill was going up and didn't have enough in the bills account). In a bit of a panic that it might go down as a missed payment and stop me getting a mortgage next month!

@Plusnet unaware that my broadband deal had ended. You emailed me, told me and highlighted the best deal available. Two clicks and signed up. The first time in over a decade I have not used a switching service. At this rate you are in trouble of gaining a customer for life.

@Plusnet The technician who visited last week said he would report what he thought the problem was and that another type of technician would need to come out, was this not done?

@crhein272 @Plusnet If you've only just signed up with plusnet get outta that contract if you're still within your cancellation date. Internet is piss poor, the past few weeks the signal has been absolutely awful. Constantly dropping and slow as ****. I'm gone once this contracts up with them.
