Wow .@Plusnet I’ve paid only one bill of my contract so far. Already doing a price increase. Jokes. Can’t get out of a contract for a certain time as a customer but apparently as a business you can just change the terms. When will I ever learn?

@Plusnet my phone and my mums phone is not connected to the WiFi but the box is on we’ve had these problems before which you supposedly fixed but obviously not so I’m paying extra money to write this tweet as I’m using my data instead of the WiFi we PAY for!?

@Plusnet I cannot connect to internet. Connection stopped 10:15 and haven’t got on since. No router or wifi issues. Definitely the line.

@photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I've been with them for 32 years with my phone. No problems whatsoever. However, I have recently moved from Plusnet to Vodafone for broadband. It is terrible. Keeps going offline and there is reduced coverage on the property. Will leave them when the contract ends.

Do urself a favour and never get wifi with plusnet. My internet has been off and on all day for no ******* reason.
