  @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

  @WeAreOpenreach I cant get a straight answer! Your communication to my ISP is terrible, you text me to say your coming for an appointment to install FTP but plusnet know nothing about it. 5 months since my order was placed, and this will be my 3rd day taken off of work unpaid.

  @Plusnet I've been going through the text message service and apparently there is a fault; I thought it might have just been a temporary hiccup but maybe there's something more serious going on. Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  @Plusnet Already raised a complaint and doesn't seem to be making a difference! Really quite woeful to be honest. Please can you forward my complaint to the Ombudsman
