@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@ClientResolDM I'm sure you know already, @Kevvoo55 but this isn't Plusnet you're talking to, it's some sad muppet without any life who keeps on setting up fake accounts pretending to be Plusnet support.

@WeAreOpenreach Oh great, so yet more useless calls with Plusnet support who will raise my issue to Level 2 another 10 times. Is there seriously nothing Openreach can do? It's ludicrous that I have been without my order for this long.

@gareth_p1 @virginmedia I've just seen this post, it reminded me to call and negotiate a better price, now I am a customer of PlusNet - they offered me £31.99 PCM for 910Mbps, £140 voucher and 7 copies of Norton 360...... 15 years i've been with Virgin.

Dear @Plusnet - seems you've known about the "change payment method" being broken for YEARS now, and have STILL not done a thing to fix it. I may just cancel my Direct Debit since you can't be bothered to fix it so I can pay you. Broken on on Edge, broken on Firefox also.

@Plusnet I’m the meantime I was hoping to get a reply into securing a new contract for 500mb at about £25 to compete with the offer from Fibrus. Can someone help with that please?
