    @Plusnet my broadband is up for renewal but why is it always cheaper as a new customer? It's the same every year. Can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere.

    Five evenings in a row now that my broadband - provided by @Plusnet - has been down, plus it was off for the entire weekend and, as yet, no explanation or apology from them. This is, I feel, shabby service.

    @TheRising_Moon @openreach @Ofcom BT are a CP the same as Sky, Vodafone, Plusnet, EE ect. It’s the network providers you are confused with. Openreach are the main one, but you have Altnets like BRSK, Netomia, Lightspeed, Cityfibre, there are lots that use PIA (OR poles, boxes and ducts), to supply their network.

    @stuartjsmith @MasonLathe @Plusnet Husband rang them this morning. Apparently some cable theft and some major problem at source = no internet in Chesterfield for anything up to Wednesday!

    @Plusnet is there a service issue? Haven't had internet since 5pm yesterday, text bot says it can't find an issue and to call support but wait time is over 60 mins?! light on hub 2 is orange and has been since yesterday. Done all the resets and power cycles and still nothing.
