    @Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

    @Plusnet Hi Emma, I know that's the release, but that wasn't the issue. It wasn't only emails or PMC. Folk including myself were connected - as in the router was happily blue, but couldn't access anything, inside or outside plusnet. No routing was happening, widespread.

    @Plusnet This customer has had no internet for 3 days, a useless engineer who didn’t diddly squat and is now using mobile data to find a provider who actually gaf.

    @HolyDiver73 @Plusnet My point is that they haven't bothered to post any updates about the outage to avoid people wasting time trying to solve it themselves or call Plusnet. With thousands of customers coming to check service status, a picture of the Queen isn't what should be at the top of their page

    Anyone thinking of using Plusnet just now, think again, signed up and paid upfront for a service 19 Aug which expected to commence 26 Aug… I’m still waiting and advised at 18:15 tonight by not so Plusnet that they might connect me by 30 Sept 🤬

    @Plusnet God help anyone with plusnet and you want to get away from them...if you make one mistake they will send round debt collectors 4 months latter
