  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

  @TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service

  @Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

  @Plusnet Hello! Because of your former great service, I called to stay with yourselves not switch to EE. Whilst Tamsin and David who took my call were lovely - and v good at their jobs - sadly the whole call, incl hold time, took just under half an hour - that's bang out of order
