@plusnethelp not your customer cancelled direct debit so you MORONS send me an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit whilst refusing to refund my money ! Don’t have to be thick to work for plusnet but it helps

@SkyHelpTeam Checked our local community site. Plusnet have also accepted there is an issue as other streets and internet providers including BT are affected. This is not an isolated issue.

@PDPhotoUK @Onestream_UK @Plusnet We went with BT in the end. She needed a line upgrade too and they didn’t charge for that. Easy to organise and they offer a pensioner benefits related service once they assess usage. 👍🏼

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.
