@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@Plusnet Been a customer for 20+ years. Called with an issue about a month ago. Told we need a new router and it would be with us in 3 to 5 days. Still waiting, still have an issue with our internet. Not the best customer service! @ChooseUK

@plusnethelp router constantly disconnecting today. Connection is not stable or reliable. Completed all troubleshooting, restarted router, logged in to router.... paying for service we aren't receiving. Not impressed. This has been an ongoing issue since joining plusnet.

Every time I hear the @Plusnet advert, stating that they have won @UswitchUK awards for #CustomerService it makes me want to spit. #plusnet are without a doubt the worst company with which it has ever been my misfortune to deal. 🙄😒

@alexwhit3head_ @HelpSheffield @thisissheff_ virgin do fibre to the door so it’s as fast as you can go and least environmental factors. By is mixed so sometimes depends on your location/environment sometimes not. If you are on WiFi then that’ll be down to the router, Plusnet provide a pretty solid router
