    @Plusnet please can you update your prices for when you login to change contract as the deal at the moment for 15gb for £10 is not showing? It still says £12 😢😢😢😢

    @plusnethelp after spending £210 on mobile data over the last month while Plusnet is down, you now suggest I spend £35 on a router? Seriously

  • CrazyDogStephen Stephen (@CrazyDogStephen) reported

    @allyc375 @Plusnet Seems like standard service from @PlusNet. Mine drops all the time, but I was told it's normal to drop 3 times in a 24 hour period/6 drops in a 72 hour period! Customer 'Care' don't help.

  • SuzanaGashi2 Suzana Gashi (@SuzanaGashi2) reported

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Stay away from them worst company.

  • CrazyDogStephen Stephen (@CrazyDogStephen) reported

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp "stay connected"? Not if you're on a PlusNet connection where the line drops constantly and the support team tells you this is normal.

  • SimonButcher76 Simon butcher (@SimonButcher76) reported

    @Plusnet is there an issue with your website? I requested a password reset several hours ago via your website but no email has come.through?

  • CharineJohn @CharineJohn (@CharineJohn) reported

    Had to pay a huge early get-out fee to my #broadband provider so I could rejoin @Plusnet. I'd joined a cheaper big-name company but it was disastrous. A few weeks into being back with @Plusnet & I think I have done the right thing. So nice to have good, reliable service again.

  • chloe_marieoxo Chloe-Marie 💕 (@chloe_marieoxo) reported

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp please remind me why I pay you £30 a month for a service I can’t even use 🤔😒😒

  • ZoeReil49563299 Zoe Reilly (@ZoeReil49563299) reported

    @Plusnet I just had an email saying a payment of £5.39will come out of my account in May. I had problems for 6 months getting connected and was told I wouldn't be charged for 3 months for the hassle. What does this payment relate to? Zoe Reilly LA5 8HT
