    @outagedetect It was a 24 hour email outage for most people, not 10 minutes. And problems are still ongoing as I type this. Appalling time delay by #PlusNet to fix this.

    @plusnet please can you stop with the standard copy and paste answer. I recieved my last email at 5pm on Tuesday and haven’t received anything on my pc since and webmail doesn’t work. I did get 3 emails on my phone at 3am this morning but nothing more. HELP!

    @DYLON_UK No solution yet - are you going for the world record for appalling customer relations? (If by some miracle someone has emailed in the last 24 hours, then I won’t have received the email because @Plusnet is down and hasn’t updated - at all.)

    @Plusnet and now we have email - except I can’t send any as the server is down and any sent during your 27 hour outage are missing. Beyond ridiculous for an ISP #hopeyoureproud #nocustomerservice

    @Plusnet I have seen your recent service update stating that we should be able to access our email now however I can confirm that I cannot. Any ideas? Outlook just says “connection to the server was interrupted”

    @Plusnet Don’t pause for too long. You’ve got to sort out your bloody awful email service. I still can’t log in to Webmail. You are still an internet service provider aren’t you?? Or just a apology generating algorithm?

    @StephBirdArt @outagedetect If this had been a bank's cash machine, it'd be all over the media. But who needs email to do business, eh? Over the years, #PlusNet has twice deleted my entire email Inbox through their failure to communicate properly that I'd exceeded their 1Gb limit. Terrible way to treat folk
