@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

Update! Overnight my account with no outstanding balance has been shut down, services ceased all while moving to a new supplier so that’s all been cancelled as well! Yeah don’t bother with plusnet… the staff are ok but the systems and processes are just pointless. Utter garbage

@Plusnet furthermore I’ve been a customer for 5 years but will now find another provider. Terrible and confrontational customer service advisors.

@concretebadger I can’t see a solution right now. Basically @plusnet cancelled her account and are now pretending she asked them to. She didn’t. She’s old, but her memory is sharp as a knife.

@DuskyMoko @virginmedia They are **** **** ****. I signed up to be set up in a couple of days, they moved to 5 weeks 🥴 I called to cancel, they'd keep transferring me around trying to change my mind – I was on for 45 mins trying to cancel. Abysmal. Went with plusnet in the end. No complaints + cheaper.

@MattOrigi6 @Plusnet It had an orange light but no B, might be a different router. I finally got into the router and manually changed channel but it took ages to come back on so probably something they did to fix the problem I think.

I’d imaging any of the broadband competitors could have installed a brand new account quicker than BT could perfom a home move for an existing customer. @SkyUK @Plusnet @VodafoneUK all run on the same network.
