@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@Plusnet My tip would be avoid plusnet! They’ll cut you off twice in a week due to their system errors and leave you on hold for over an hour when you’re trying to sort it

Really @Plusnet! Can't you even manage to give customer support callers useful feedback like an estimated time to be answered or at least their queue position? Even local council helpline can do this.

@plusnet Hi Plusnet. I have a Plusnet mobile account on iPhone and, whilst it says I have Wi-fi calling enabled, it never seems to work. Should it?

@LongbowBaz Hi Baz. Thank you for getting in touch. Are you attempting to send texts to short code numbers. If so, these aren't supported on our network I'm afraid. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@LaraEzarik You can also look to upgrade to a higher fibre speed and look to cut costs. You can check your member centre or speak the Customer Option Team as mentioned above. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield
