@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@plusnet email is up again! but b4 knowing it was a central problem I sent a test gmail to my plusnet account that still hasnt arrived - it tells me ‘plusnet cloudmark gateway server unavailable’. Plse confirm you rejected incoming emails and explain if theyre lost forever

@Plusnet I can receive emails, but still CANNOT send email. SMTP server issue. It is 36 hours now! When will it be fixed? What compensation will you provide?
