@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@plusnethelp hello. I’ve been with plusnet a very long time. I have a Technicolor TG582n router and an open reach modem for my fibre broadband. It all works well except the WiFi is slow as it doesn’t have 5ghz. Is it possible to have an upgrade of my router? davidwaugh

@Plusnet - could you please stop treating routers as yoyos 😡 It's really rather inconvenient that you've spent a few minutes each morning this week making them go up and down repeatedly. Especially with the inherent IP address changes that seems to involve.

Beware of @Plusnet they DON’T make sure that their service is working when you swap companies like they say in their marketing material. And when you complain they cut you off. @Plusnet I suggest you ring 07736956662 or these tweets will continue all day!
