@Plusnet That's a shame as what used to be a very stable line has been poor since April. Those seem pretty low standards! If I had a power cut 3 times in a day or 6 over 3 days I'd be feverishly checking the fuse box. I'll shop around and see if other providers hold themselves higher. Ta!

If you are looking looking to change your Internet. Avoid @Plusnet worse mistake I've made changing to them. Utter crap. Never works.

@Plusnet 14 days since I joined 7days of bad internet 7days no internet and 3 working days since openreach were called still no updates from you for 5 days is this the award winning customer support and broadband you claim to have from @UswitchUK ?

@Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬
