@Plusnet I have. Multiple times. It's no help at all. I'd like to actually know what the charge is for leaving the contract early because you can't provide a working service and have no interest in trying to sort it out

@Siftah Virgin is still horrible. Forget TV, plusnet broad band then get Netflix, prime, BBC iPlayer etc and a chromecast.

@adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds. Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

@Plusnet you are a terrible company. You refused to allow my mum to pay my bill as I'd left the Country. You sent me a shoddy email link that said I'd paid and then didn't contact me at all to say that had actually not gone through. Then I get a scary message from debt collectors
