    I really don't know who's at fault but every night, I lose connection as the router cannot connect to the internet and the only solution seems to be to reset the router @plusnet @TPLINKHelp

    @RogerOB49 @BBCBreaking @BBCBusiness I am in the middle of issues at work - my non-attendance is causing me huge stress and maybe my job. I am sure their T&C are watertight but wow - there's going to be a mass of people leaving Plusnet because of this so it might be fatal to them anyways.

    @NigelsRadio @Plusnet To be honest. I've been with them since 2007. Never had a major issue. The one I had was the fault of Openreach. Engineer cut the wrong cable at green box. Most problems are not @plusnethelp themselves, but usually Openteach.

    Hi @plusnet…have you tried unplugging the server and plugging it back in? Webmail: fetch fail…mobile (IMAP): “incorrect username / password” Computer (POP3): “incorrect username / password - EER temporary problem, please try again later”…I’ve been trying for 3 days!

    @VictoriaPeckham @Plusnet I recommend Fastmail. You pay a small amount per year but they will never mess you about like that. And then you can switch internet providers without having to change your email address.
