@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

  • IamJohnHardy John Hardy (@IamJohnHardy) reported from Glastonbury, England

@Clairealou2 @SkyHelpTeam So I went with PlusNet and have never looked back. 37Mb/s all day long. Maybe SkyHelpTeam had a valid idea lol 2/2

@Plusnet Thanks. Spoke to your customer services earlier. Trevor

  • jobowandarrow jo (@jobowandarrow) reported

@sarforalltosee @MrsM_here We’re happy with Zen who aren’t the cheapest but worked better for something quite specific which was a problem with plusnet. Had a pretty bad experience with Talk Talk, not a great fan of Virgin customer service

  • Simon_Meacock Simon Meacock (@Simon_Meacock) reported

@Plusnet I've received an email about exceeding my bandwidth quota, but the links to the faq to fix it just give 404 errors.

  • boatdwellergm fmj (@boatdwellergm) reported

@RobinSmith82 Glad you got it sorted. Away for weekend with plusnet, which seems much better! Upload on giga always v very slow and service breaks frequently.

  • Porrohman1 Restless Native (@Porrohman1) reported

@lindy_lou077 All use the same network, only difference is exchange equipment and customer service. Plusnet is basically BT anyway.

  • JillCollier16 Jill Collier 🟥 (@JillCollier16) reported

@sarforalltosee I am very happy with Plusnet. Good customer service and sensible deals.

  • quinacosatu Cristina Riudoms (@quinacosatu) reported

This is unreasonable not transparent behaviour by @BT_uk @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet lesving the customer unprotected from abusive charges by big companies

  • GigerPunk GigerPunk (@GigerPunk) reported

@ThePseudosapien Ahhh, tbh I was suspecting either them, talktalk or plusnet. It always the big ones that are **** like this.

  • Chri592 Chris (@Chri592) reported

@Plusnet I'm thinking of switching to PlusNet Mobile from @EE but I hear there's no support for 'Short Code' numbers. Does this mean you just can't SEND texts to short code numbers or can you not receive from them either? I often get verification codes from these numbers.
