@Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

@rosstmiller Switched to Plusnet and they offered to set it up for me and call me back when it was done. Despite switching from cable to dial up, the speed is similar and it's much cheaper. They've been slower since lockdown, in fairness, but never had to call them.

Despite paying for fibre with @Plusnet my @disneyplus doesn’t want to play. Not sure where the issue is but don’t think it’s my internet that can stand Netflix and live streaming lessons but not Disney plus

@plusnethelp Your reply almost, nearly, just about, answers my query. — the key question: Does Plusnet consider line termination within a property to be their responsibility as part of the service? I’d like something approaching a yes or no answer here..

@TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hear you, though if you look at my recent tweets/replies, you will see the cost of poor customer service, unreliable broadband, and, even, the breaking of regulations and inability to escalate problems caused by some number of customer account errors.. 1/2

@OwsWills @martinjohnes @Plusnet We’re a bit further up and they’ve pretty much done where we are and making their way down I think? Just checked a random Armagh city postcode on the virgin website and says not available. Weird as there’s so many vans and engineers about

@plusnethelp When does Plusnet, seeing 0.4mbps sync speed on customer migration line, decide that something is wrong on the line?

@Plusnet Doesn't work. My rent and council tax are 50%. The remaining bills/food takes up 40-45% so lucky if I have £100 for the month after bills and food are taken care of. Oh and I work full time 40hrs a week

@OwsWills @Plusnet NowTV is def most cost effective. I do this and cancel when not in use and restart again I.E. in line with football season. No contract and easy replaceable stick if goes wrong.
