@three_broadband how much longer do I have to suffer while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

Seeing as @JohnLewisRetail and @Plusnet think 3 months down the line, illegally deducting money from an ex-customer on pension credit is fine, I have sorted it myself, from helping mum to claim the fees back from her bank. Try and challenge, we'll see you in court. Charlatans!
