@MariaCostello Good luck with Plusnet! I complained on Twitter to them once and got a missive from BT management asking me to remove the Tweet as Plusnet were their partners. What should have happened is that Plusnet customer service should have got a kick up the backside from their ‘partners’!

@Plusnet a month on from cancelling my contract you are still saying my landline is with you, and it took nearly a month to respond to my last message. This is simply not good enough and you're charging me for a service I've already cancelled.

@Plusnet factory reset firestick as home screen unavailable still thinking it would fix it now won't connect at all!!! go to login into website password etc incorrect after changing it now what to do, WiFi is so bad like what is wrong with it unplugged router stil the same 😒

@Plusnet My 88 year old, housebound mother as had her phone and broadband services incorrectly terminated meaning her care alarm is not working. Your agents advised she must wait 14 days to have her service restored. I need to speak with a manager, I am an authorised user.

@Plusnet I can’t give you that information because I’ve had to move in with my parents so that I can do my job using their internet, so I don’t have documentation to hand. I’m also dealing with a broken down car at the moment so getting back to my house isn’t practical.

@Plusnet cannot make phone calls etc, therefore cannot call you. Definitely a SIM problem as tried in another phone, help!
