    No broadband for perhaps 5 days. "Fault outside the property" which we're told will be rectified in 3 working days. @OpenreachHelp fix one fault for us, then another pops up somewhere else. And now @Plusnet are increasing our price (I'm not the bill payer). 😟😟😟

    Emailed Jamie Ford CEO of @plusnet about a **** up by them which has left me - a home worker - without broadband for at least the next 3 weeks. No response. Not even an acknowledgement. Very poor. Wish I'd changed supplier now.

    @plusnethelp I am getting phone calls daily from family in West Yorkshire asking if there is any news of the @Plusnet outage ending. They cannot get through on the phone - do you have any updates please? In some cases it is almost a week
