@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

@Plusnet mobile signal in ky155pl area is poor. One bar at times and can't make calls. The rest of the time no service. It's been like that since at least Friday night when we had the storm. I sometimes don't get great reception but never no service?

What a time to live. Internet is as slow as it was in 2006 and YouTube video quality is working out about the same! I gotta say tho I absolutely did NOT miss buffering!! Can't even watch YouTube, Netflix or any streaming service. Thanks @Plusnet for the quality service 👌

@Rob_Rolls99 @btsport @Plusnet Spoke to BT tech who after some time said it was a known issue between plusnet and BTSport app. Raised to highest level but they don't seem to be getting anywhere. Works on non plusnet networks

Hi @Plusnet your service hasn't been great over the last month. Our router randomly keeps going down for a few seconds about ten times a day. What is wrong?
