@Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

Absolutely appalling service from @Plusnet Internet, phone, house security all down. No call backs when promised. Told 3 working days till fixed. Told to tether but no Bluetooth on pc so cannot do that. Plusnet used to be helpful & reliable. Now they just don’t care! #BadService

@Plusnet Not sure what you can access your end, but I did have an issue a few months ago relating to external cabling (general wear and tear on covers etc). Not had another disconnect since around 10:48am. Did have to restart router to get back to normal speeds though

@VodafoneUK I am trying to switch from TalkTalk and seems like I can't take my number which I've had for more than 20 years. its on the openreach network. if I try to sign up with Plusnet I can take my number. Why is it not possible with Vodafone

Nearly 10 days later and nothing has changed except @ee status page has gone from "will fix in 16 hours" to "there's a problem". They've suggested I go back to you and ask about the @Plusnet service I've paid for but am not receiving.
