    @Plusnet my mum signed up for broadband and was due a reward card. Never got the email with the link to claim it l. Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

    @Clairealou2 How to fix your internet problem 101. Plusnet. Although to be fair it could happen to any provider, I mean I’ve had zero dropouts in two years.

    I would like to make a complaint about the service I'm getting with @plusnet never ever get any WiFi in my home I've had a new router and still doesn't work not a happy customer
