We had VM at our last place for years but v expensive, kept trying to put it up, regular pestering sales calls, v poor customer service, quite a lot of outage. When we left took me a year to get final bill sorted. No probs with Plusnet,easy to contact.

    @plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

    @Plusnet my phone keeps telling me to reinsert the SIM so that I can keep using imessage and Facetime, but doing so doesn't stop the problem recurring. imessage and Facetime are sporadically not working.
