They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution

Ben (@B_R_G11) reported@MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldnβt talk to openreach directly even though they werenβt solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.

It could be a node, it could be a cable, a pole, hell.. it could even be another user of that same net that has a device that's faulty, which results in a very unstable connection for you and A LOT of other users of that same cable that goes through your den.
