Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wolstanton and nearby locations:

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • philscowcroft Phil Scowcroft (@philscowcroft) reported

@tweetd99 @LozzaFox Plusnet. Never had a problem. Few billing queries but for internet and stability, can't fault them.

  • JohnPaynter1970 John Paynter (@JohnPaynter1970) reported

@Markgsparrow @BenedictMPWhite Well we did that. Trouble is when companies splinter they tend to reform into larger entities or failing that they create other companies to maintain that illusion of choice. As an example that lovely little local Yorkshire outfit Plusnet is just BT with a flat cap on.

  • keithjcorrigan Keith Corrigan (@keithjcorrigan) reported

@leannehaynes @Plusnet Don’t join plusnet ....... so unreliable. My signal is dropping 5-6 times a night

  • FreeScouser Rich Lennie (@FreeScouser) reported

@back2normal21 @virginmedia I dumped them years ago. Orange before that. Even Plusnet are going down the same road the more accounts they take on. Promises never last long. #greed #profiteering.

  • wheezy86 louise 🐝🏳️‍🌈 (@wheezy86) reported

@Plusnet Can someone from your help team please message me... I have tried contacting for the last few days can't get through on the phone and my internet connection is horrendous and I am working from home

  • NorfolkRachael MrsWaring (@NorfolkRachael) reported

@LozzaFox We had to resort to two suppliers. Add Plusnet additionally. Pathetic but Internet too essential. If really critical you can also add Simrush effectively tapping into phone network internet

  • LauraBerrillPR Laura Berrill (@LauraBerrillPR) reported

@leoniedelt @EE EE was awful - I used to be with them but got rid. Have PlusNet now which is saving me about £25 per month and just as good

  • CyclingBelinda CyclingBelinda (@CyclingBelinda) reported

Hello @Plusnet, my internet connection has been really bad in the last few weeks. I'm a long standing customer and usually find it really reliable. Please advise... @plusnethelp

  • SLElla17 Stacy Ellams (@SLElla17) reported

@Plusnet I'd like an update on my service outage, you website still says you have no reported problems despite being told by customer services you do

  • _StuartWilson_ Stu Wilson (@_StuartWilson_) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet are you going to keep leaving us with substandard service and expect payment?? Fix the issues we have had since installation not ignore them and bury it. I have never had so much drama with any internet company in the last 17 years!!
