πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix
-
Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. Iβve just left plusnet myself.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.
Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reported@MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. Iβd hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)
-
Mark Bush (@mjb8028) reported@Plusnet we were without internet for best part of 2 weeks at the end of June going into July, was fixed 6th July⦠was told we would be entitled to retrospective compensation off the bill (which was never properly explained) so I phoned up
-
Rob Dyson (@dysontour) reported@amandajp17 @Plusnet Absolutely. For a company that prides itself on customer service it's pathetic. Heaven forbid if they want to keep their landline and in a poor mobile area. It's always call them....and wait. As most of the current moves aren't at a customers behest, they should be ringing us.
-
Paul Sutton (@PaulSutton66) reported@davidkurten In which case, the problem is my internet provider, Plusnet.
-
Meersham (@Schmuley_Schlo) reported@heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia I chose plusnet because their customer service is good, never had much trouble been with them for years now after switching every couple of years
-
Onetruefraggle (@onetruefraggle) reported@KaiGWatson Plusnet. Talking to customer service who speak English is all I care about
-
Liz (@Liz14752830) reported@TomK_Brit1993 Not a real landline of course... Phone still won't work in a power cut, more like an additional mobile. Plusnet has really good customer service
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet Might be quicker to cancel my DD but let's see if they do- and it's GM Howitt.
-
Joke Legg (@joclegg) reported@drink_the_wind @Plusnet I was sent this re E1: We've tested your service and found an issue in your local area. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
