They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

It would have been more helpful to use Twitter to keep us updated during the outage, so those who were affected could manage their time effectively.

With thousands of customers coming to check service status, a picture of the Queen isn't what should be at the top of their page

The web page is broken, the txt service is scripted crap and no one is calling back or seemingly fixing anything. A poor service I will be changing at next opportunity. Currently waiting on phone fir 40 mins.
