  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • MikaelaJones87 Mikaela Jones (@MikaelaJones87) reported

@Plusnet we have been waiting 2 WEEKS to be connected to our internet after switching to your service.. I have spent hours on hold only to be kicked off the call because of such high demand on your phone line.. worst decision to switch to you by far

  • idiot_random Soliloquy (@idiot_random) reported

@Plusnet If you continue to drop your service this evening, I will cancel and sue you for breach of contract.

  • angelusmalusuk SJ (@angelusmalusuk) reported

@Plusnet I'm not moving, and I'm not a customer yet. It was a question about a possibility because 18 months is a long time and I don't know if I'll stay here that long.

  • nervousgradient qc (@nervousgradient) reported

@Plusnet Hi PlusNet. I currently pay £26.76/m for Unlimited Fibre Extra. My contract ends 20 June 2023. New customers on my street can get PlusNet for £23.99/m. I am really struggling with bills and trying to cut costs anywhere I can. Can I get that £2.77 discount? It would help.

  • andrewg84531838 Yul bryhir (@andrewg84531838) reported

@Plusnet no signal whatsoever for the past month in the Manorbier Lamphey area, think I going to have to change

  • 8bitteacher Ria (@8bitteacher) reported

Absolutely appalling service from @plusnet. Five weeks notice of a house move, engineer didn’t turn up when they were supposed to on our moving day, and now it will be over a week before they can get us set up. Apparently this is ok to them.

  • stonedg44 David Stone (@stonedg44) reported

@Plusnet Started a HELP call at 1931 and after initial responses no further contact since 1933. As the service is supposed to end at 2000 do I assume I will not get and further help?

  • BrianRaymondBro Brian Raymond Brown (@BrianRaymondBro) reported

@Plusnet Generally Plusnet is a good deal but over the last 4-5 days everything is painfully slow with web pages taking too long to load, what's going on and when is it going to get better?. What have you done with the speed and if there are problems why not forewarn customers?.

  • bestpeachbyfar Naomi (@bestpeachbyfar) reported

Here’s a recommendation from me: never use @Plusnet. I have spent the last 4 days on the phone to them trying to set up broadband in my new house & every time they find something else they’ve messed up which means I won’t have internet for even longer then the last time I called.

  • o_burbidge Owen 🎗 (@o_burbidge) reported

@MarkGaze Yes! My work phone is O2 and it’s amazing signal. No issues, has visual voicemail and call forwarding (plusnet had neither), also get O2 rewards and other benefits. Plus had more Data (currently I’m tethering a lot due to the house)
