πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. Iβve just left plusnet myself.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

Mike Vine (@10mjv) reported@Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks
-
Mini, πCooper and πDoraβs mum (@CoopandDorasMum) reported@NewForestDog Iβve been with Plusnet for 8 years. Itβs only ever gone wrong during install so very reliable once up and running. Definitely easy to speak to a human. Iβd rate them as βgood enough to not leaveβ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!

Ad (@sometimesyouwin) reported@Plusnet Hi, need to move a family member of PSTN and onto fiber. Do you offer a VoIP service to retain a 'landline' and can the existing number be kept. Thanks.

Kev (@KevlarBrock) reportedLess than an hour after an @EE home engineer visit (that resolved nothing) weβre down yet again. I think this is now the beginning of the end. Hey @Plusnet ππ»

Deez Nuts (@HughJar32569411) reportedMajor service outage at @plusnet . Broadband in Huddersfield died on 27 August due to an exchange fault. Am now told service will not be back until 9 September! Unacceptable. Will be cancelling asap
-
Nooblets (@Noobletscom) reported@WeAreOpenreach @DCMS My Internet was working for less than a week, then I was disconnected. 1/ Why cannot Plusnet contact you, and ask if my internet is still active? 2/ Why can the public not contact you, to see if a Openreach team is in the area, and has disconnected people by mistake. (So they can fix their mistake there) 3/ Why can the public not contact you AT ALL! 4/ Why does the public have to wait 3 days for any problem that Openreach could have caused? Get a Systems Analyst in, (of which I am one), to find all the inadequate systems your managers are currently running! Because a 3 days wait for any problem, is something someone needs to get Fired for!
