  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

I am sick of this now, I am paying for full fibre and getting no fibre. Sort this out @Plusnet I want compensation as I can not use my internet to stream any tv. Should never have renewed the contract last month. It has been useless. I have sent DM like asked.

  • Farmo05 Caro JH 🇬🇧🇳🇴🇺🇸🇨🇦🇮🇱🇸🇪🇩🇪🇺🇦 (@Farmo05) reported

@petemorristwit We used to have BT Broadband, but when costs shot thru the roof we went to PlusNet (believe a subsidiary of BT). We've never looked back. But can't advise on TV, but there are so many great streaming programmes now.

  • g_hannam Graham (@g_hannam) reported

@Plusnet As I've now left Plusnet, when can I expect my final bill and refund for money taken for I service I didn't have?

  • _TorJohansson_ Champagne Sports Bra (@_TorJohansson_) reported

Hi @plusnethelp @Plusnet I renewed my contact - all exactly as before. I was sent a new hub. I’m trying to connect but everytime I’ve put in my password it goes to the hub manager. It say its connected, the light is blue but still not going further than the manager. Please help!

  • JoshuaMcDermid Josh McDermid (@JoshuaMcDermid) reported
