@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • ashleyjbreen Ashley Breen (@ashleyjbreen) reported

@Plusnet Is there an issue with mobile service in the DD3 area? Had patchy service since yesterday and no mobile service today 🙁

@Plusnet Hi. I’ve recently been sent the hub 1 router as my original packed up. Since then the Wi-Fi is awful. iPads just cycle…since I’m paying for the quickest fibre option it’s quite frustrating your router is not performing. What’s my solution?

  • Tangoman68plus1 Tangoman69 (@Tangoman68plus1) reported

@Plusnet Thanks, yes I understand that an issue is going to be investigated. My concern is 2 fold...I now have no landline (Openreach cut Virgin cable!!!) and my Virgin Broadband is due to be disconnected next week.

  • AirtimeRewards Airtime Rewards (@AirtimeRewards) reported

@Paul02051981 We're hoping to have Plusnet as a compatible network sometime in the future, Paul 🤞

  • PaJaBuzz Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (@PaJaBuzz) reported

@StevJacks @TalkTalk I guess that's the 80/20 service at its core. I have that from Plusnet and although their customer service isn't all its talked up to be, the service is rock solid. The one this I can suggest is to replace their router, if you can. Supplied routers are garbage.

  • hxughton Ben (@hxughton) reported

@plusnet i don’t know how you persuaded my parents to join your wifi but if it’s absolutely shocking, my room is above the wifi box and I’m having to use my data the wifi is so bad✨

  • ATUXDAG Antony (@ATUXDAG) reported

@Plusnet Do you support use of own modem routers?

  • berryetoile Yuna ✨ (@berryetoile) reported

Thinking of switching from Sky to Plusnet for internet/landline. They were my ISP like 10 years ago (when I lived just down the road from their Sheffield HQ), and I had no problems then. Are they still good?
