They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Alyosha Barnes (@AlyoshaBarnes) reported@Plusnet a long long time ago I cancelled my Plusnet mobile because of the local signal strength - but to this day I still get billed 2p on occasion even though they promised it would be cancelled. I do not understand this and will probably end up going to the ombudsman.

Secondly it tells me that in EX8 2QG I will get good coverage inside and out, simply not true, I barely get a signal and then it drops out.
