They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
