They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Dan (@DJisatwit) reported@Plusnet My parents did. They rang and was fobbed off saying they couldnβt do any checks or test anything as itβs a BT problem. As an ex-employee at Plusnet, i know thatβs rubbish. It screamed of βfinishing at 5 and canβt be bothered to do the checks. π€¦π»

GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
