And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • pcisadbfan Paula Curtis (@pcisadbfan) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Internet has been really bad since Friday, can't get through by phone, no reply via DM. Supposed to be at least 60 Mbps but only 6mbps! Not acceptable! Do not sign up to Plusnet!

  • hancoxrg Richard Hancox (@hancoxrg) reported

@audra_painter @Plusnet Don't go with them, broadband appaling, no customer service and no refund for lost service. Pull out while you can, they are crap.

  • Gadgetoid Phil Howard (@Gadgetoid) reported

@paulmutton @Plusnet Yes they would. Though if you need help sending them an A2 letter on plywood they seem very receptive to those...

  • SalWookey WookeySal (@SalWookey) reported

@Plusnet What your doing for this customer is cancelling her home move a day before it's due having confirmed its going ahead fine just 3 days ago. I work from home and you are messing with my livelihood. Had really poor service, genuinely cried.

  • lampiemagic Matthew Senior (@lampiemagic) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet @WhichUK I'm copying which into this thread to show why plusnet don't deserve any customer service awards. They just don't reply to anything.

  • ICarruthers Ian Carruthers (@ICarruthers) reported

@Plusnet unable to cancel my contract on the my account website and no contact information. Typical shoddy service!

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@ICarruthers Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be able to help. - Curtis

  • ChrisnBye Chris Bye (@ChrisnBye) reported

@Plusnet Since being with you - In Merseyside - We have had service LESS than 50 per cent of the time. And this is for simple email. Which we need to work. Great to have swift CS but pointless if the internet fails to work after.

  • jamesmfurniture James Morley (@jamesmfurniture) reported

@plusnethelp my broadband is .38mbps and 3mbps download on two tests. supposed to be guaranteed 30mbps. plusnet help?

  • HannahKettle Hannah Kettle (@HannahKettle) reported

Hey @Plusnet - I’ve had to spend about £60 on extra data this week because of internet problems with you. I also couldn’t work from home properly. Any chance of getting this money reimbursed? @plusnethelp
