And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

@seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

@2minuteshate84 Hi Emmanuel. I'm sorry that your EE booster has been deactivated, meaning that you have no signal inside your house. I appreciate the inconvenience. We do have plans to introduce WiFi calling but, sadly, we don't yet have a confirmed date for this. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it shops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadway. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis
