Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

@Plusnet applied for line only broadband services. My broadband services only got activated today on 18th Oct 2022 but the bills were generated and charged from 12th Oct 2022 as the telephone line (again line only, no calling/voice service) got activated on the day.

@Plusnet the response time to Twitter messages is appalling. I’m abroad and desperately reliant on maps & data worked for one day now I have nothing. I have plenty left on my allowance so I’ve been asking you for help. Norway is covered free as a band 9 country

@Plusnet Last week I waited on the call for the same billing issue for about 40 mins and had to disconnect call . The company seems to follow the malpractice of generating bills and charging customers from incorrect bill date which is not from activation date of the broadband.

@Ofcom why are openreach still working in the stone age? 10 days for them to connect a service in 2022 when a lot of people work from home is a joke! They ceased the previous owners connection on the 14th and I’d already placed an order with @Plusnet why couldn’t they connect it

Open reach appear not to be honouring Ofcom instructions. They turn down instillations by competitors using their services. Illegal? Anyone else having problems getting their broadband set up? (Eg PlusNet set up turned down because they use Openreach and their offer undercut BTs)

@Plusnet Yeah when it works ? Had an engineer come out on Friday to fit new line and box....still not working 5 days later?? No communication or reason given ? Shocking customer service for a new or old customer!
