Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet Thanks Matt. I can't cope with the nagging from my wife about her phone signal dropping out anymore, so I am going to have to very sadly, leave Plusnet, until you do offer wifi calling. We have put up with poor signal for a number of years now and I have just got to sort it out.

@Plusnet ordered a #PlusNetMobile SIM on the 15th December. Still don't have it, how long do I wait.. you've ported my number and I've had no service for 2 weeks. All you've done is take the payment..
