Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

  • DerylLynn

@Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here

@Keiron841 @Plusnet The broadband on my PC doesn't work when the microwave is on. Did you remember to check the obvious?

@Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.

  • EltontoNick
    The Calmer Llama (@EltontoNick) reported

@Plusnet I have had two calls from you - both have been silent when I've answered. Try getting a decent phone system for your customer support

  • xirfan
    Irfan (@xirfan) reported

@Plusnet Doesn't look like I can just cancel my phone line and pay for Broadband only.

  • LoZeno
    Verified Jedi (@LoZeno) reported

I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

  • TheDivineFrog
    Frog Princess 🐸 (@TheDivineFrog) reported

@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long you’ll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry 😞

  • VRvalley
    Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported

@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Even though the service is free for the next two years, the fact that a fee is being introduced at all for a service that was previously "included" constitutes a change in the long-term value of the contract you signed.
