  Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

But you get the idea :P I worked at the larger internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where...

  @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.
