Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet Any idea what's going on with your service? The WiFi keeps cutting out numerous times a day and even numerous times an hour. All day yesterday it was doing it and once again the same this morning. Getting quite annoying now

@robotmaths Use a comparison site to see what is available in your area. Be aware some providers have poor customer service. You can then try negotiating if they think you may leave. Not sure if BT negotiate. If not, move providers. I am with PlusNet who usually will negotiate on renewal

@HolyDiver73 @Plusnet My point is that they haven't bothered to post any updates about the outage to avoid people wasting time trying to solve it themselves or call Plusnet. With thousands of customers coming to check service status, a picture of the Queen isn't what should be at the top of their page

Anyone thinking of using Plusnet just now, think again, signed up and paid upfront for a service 19 Aug which expected to commence 26 Aug… I’m still waiting and advised at 18:15 tonight by not so Plusnet that they might connect me by 30 Sept 🤬
