Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Lightweight. I spent 3 hours on hold to Plusnet. The music was a selection of Xmas songs I never want to hear again.

I heard nothing from them about my internet. Was told we needed an engineer and if we missed him we’d get a £65 fee to find out that we never needed one so I’ve been told different things from different people via plusnet customer services. Very confusing. -

@Plusnet are there any maintenance works happening in Doncaster? My broadband has cut out 2 mornings in a row now. Done all checks and everything else is fine. Making working from home very difficult.

@KateSlaterPR @Plusnet Exactly the same experience. @Plusnet total garbage. Nobody answers the phone, nobody knows what's going on when they do answer the phone. Pulling my hair out trying to get it sorted.

@plusnethelp Hello I've contacted three to ask why my number hasn't been transferred over properly, said to contact my old provider and get them to unlock the network. None of my calls (like to plusnet) are going thru properly. Can any1 help??
