Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

Unbelievable. @Plusnet is definitely the #worstcompany I have ever dealt with. (And that includes you @Airbnb!) Not only have they overcharged me multiple months, given me a terrible rate, mishandled my move, promised things they didn’t do, now that I’ve moved on

@Plusnet It looks like using my phone - but I can't because of Plusnet's utterly useless service. No signal for the last five days - Plusnet couldn't give a f**k. It's cost me a lot of money and no end of frustration. Solicitor next on agenda. What a waste of space this outfit is.

@hannahsquill @Plusnet I think the problem is that, like your London trip, you will be using more data than usual, and it is better to have systems that avoid using data at all (e.g. pre-recorded music).

@Plusnet Hi Adam. Over the last year I've made many phonecalls, had multiple engineer visits (each one finding and "fixing" a new fault, and a new router. My complaint was closed without my knowledge, and my request for a refund has been ignored. What would you recommend I do?

There can be few things more annoying than when your cellular phone signal drops out - but @Plusnet don't think so. My signal has been gone all week - Plusnet will still want paying. Well, I just blew them out of all my phones and they can now *******. I've 'done myself proud'
