Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet my friend is with you for her internet.just moved house and for a month and still have no internet. She had 2 dates for installation and had no show and no explanations. She had to off work two times to wait up but no engineer turn up.your customer phone is shocking.

@Plusnet your customer line is shocking,every time she’s on the phone for about 40 minutes plus and get her to nowhere,she wants to change hersupplier but been told that she has to pay 130 pounds as she’s is still on contract with you.

Why @Plusnet are you intent on allowing your #CustomerService to deteriorate, have you changed direction? I suggest you cancel your advertising campaigns especially when the CEO and CFO choose not to acknowledge emails, it’s always a tell tell sign of trouble ahead. #Avoidplusnet
