Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet so much for your great customer service my parents phone&Broadband should have gone live on the 10th!! Phone line went on the other day but still no broadband and your so called engineer for today hasn't appeared!! Oh and you've changed there number..absolute shambles
