Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

Hello @PlusNet why are you so totally and utterly incompetent? Please can your Head of Customer Services review my telephone calls with your Executive Complaints dept in July, URGENTLY, and get my contract (to July 2023) and billing correct? Your latest email is wrong AGAIN.

@Plusnet @lizcooperclark Email service hasn't been restored. I haven't been able to receive or send in Outlook for over a week and have lost my whole history of crucial messages including ones relating to a house move. All I've had is the same pasted message over and over and been completely ignored.

@Plusnet Sadly you haven’t managed to sort my complaint. After nearly an hour on the phone, now Twitter messaging and I’m nowhere further.

@JimmyGriffiths6 @Plusnet 68mb/s down & 18mb/s up. (Your speeds may vary) I use a BT Hub rather than the Plusnet Hub as I get better Wifi range.

@Plusnet Hi, we're switching from Vodafone to yourselves and I had an email to say the line is now switched but the broadband isn't up and running yet and Vodafone have turned us off. We were told broadband would only be down for a few minutes when we switched.

@Plusnet You've just said 'It's possible that your Outlook has either archived the mail, or needs re-syncing to retrieve these.' This doesn't help me at all.
