    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @Plusnet we seem to be having problems with our internet it keeps dropping WiFi,frustrating as my partner needs to be on line for her work teaching and meetings it kicked her off bout 10 times yesterday.

    @JonOneOfficial @IceFox606 @Plusnet Plus net has a DNS issue. If you set your DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 on your router under Advanced Settings, IPv4 Config by turning off Auto DNS Servers and entering 8.8.8.8 as primary it will work until they are back up

    @Plusnet promised a call that didnt happen! Phoned them on Mon, explained I was planning on leaving @EE if they didnt fix my problem by Tues. EE haven't, so was going to pull the trigger with +net and go with them today but my promised call didn't come!

    @JaYmZltd @Plusnet Looks like a nationwide outage Last time this occurred it took them weeks to respond to tweets Their DMs just spam you with a copy/pasta: Need help with your broadband or landline? For other ways to contact us, please visit our website (which isn’t working btw)

    @LestahGeorge @Plusnet Plus net has a DNS issue. If you set your DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 on your router under Advanced Settings, IPv4 Config by turning off Auto DNS Servers and entering 8.8.8.8 as primary it will work until they are back up

    @Jimmc82 @Plusnet Looks one of their DNS servers is down. If you know how to point your devices to use Google's DNS servers instead, do that.
