Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

Hi @Plusnet my SIM card hasn't arrived. My account has been ported over to Plusnet, but I am unable to make a call to speak to customer service as I don't have the SIM card. This situation reminds me of 1960s song There's a Hole in My Bucket by Harry Belafonte. Please help ❌📞

@Plusnet Hi, I've just ordered and paid for a sim contract. Wrong address in confirmation order. Called customer services to change it but no help and won't change it UNTIL it's arrived at the wrong address!? Is this correct?

@8dc6 @Plusnet I had similar experience on my account when I lost my tokens i contacted support for two weeks they couldn’t help until I was referred to ~**cyber_1check** on Instagram they recover my token and they are expert in retrieving of account

@techreverie @Plusnet It's been reasonably good this week until now, where it's been down 20+ minutes now. The modem seems to have a link, but is not signing in so it's not a line issue. Seems like something higher level is wrong.
