Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

@Plusnet don't go with plusnet we have had nothing but issue's with mast down for 6 week's they have no resolution date! And tbh can't be bothered with there customer's at all 😔

@Plusnet our electric was turned off due to grid work. Since it’s been back on our internet doesn’t work properly - have tried to contact plusnet - at least if you don’t respond to queries, you can’t be criticised for poor service.

@Plusnet 2/3 so if we spent 6 hours on the phone in total, you value our time at £2.50 an hour. Interesting. The wifi signal is your guaranteed minimum which is about the speed of a second class stamp. Nice people at the end of your phone lines BUT
