Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@WubbzWubbz @petepaphides I'm using Firefox - it's not the browser. The problem is @Plusnet, I've had this issue before. If their servers flag a site as not secure, it'll be blocked until the owner of the website contacts them. I can't use the Trunk Records site for the same reason.

@Plusnet hello, I have recently purchased an Amazon Eero and it is not working. I have contacted Amazon for troubleshooting and they have now told me to contact you to whitelist a MAC address. Can you DM me to help with this please

@Plusnet Don't you worry. You were happy to fob me off to the Ombudsman knowing the way you treated me was crappy and the compensation was insulting so I'm sure they'll deal with the situation as effectively as possible. Your customer service is: mess up then apologise. Rinse. Repeat.

So @Plusnet I have less than 50mins for you to switch me on. What a joke you are. 1st impression from a new customer is absolutely shocking. I lose pay each day now I cannot work. Nothing wrong with my internet until I switched to you, and my turn on day doesn’t happen.

@Plusnet I'm trying to get my PAC code and I can't get it via text 'because it's already been issued' and the website wants me to call instead...except the reason I'm getting a PAC code to switch is because I have no service and therefore can't make calls.

Bear with me, it's about to get complicated. If you're here for the art, you can skip it. It's a technical issue i'm currently having with my internet provider. So. My @Plusnet contract for broadband was due to expire. 1/?
