Guy Rodwell (Open) (@guyrodwell_) reportedI believe I have fixed our internet issues! After speaking to Plusnet today, I was made aware that I can actually change and configure our router settings. I've connected my PC to the 5Ghz band, and immediately I'm getting our normal promised speeds!
