Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet Why do i still have to pay this contract, getting really fed up of the 1mbs download, and the most bipolar ping ive ever had, Joke of an internet provider..... Not long till we can **** you off and get one that works.. Had to upload this using moblie data in my home...

@ShellEnergyHome Please do not buy there broadband guys. Had WiFi drop outs constantly since I joined a month ago.Never had any issues with @Plusnet . Screwed up phone to start with now just constantly dropping out.contacted and won't let you leave. Never use folk's

@Plusnet Hi, I am getting issues with my speed when using a VPN I have to use one as its my company one, I get 54mbps without it being on and 590kbps with it on, is there a router setting that is throttling this connection? Andrew

@Plusnet 🚨HELP PLS... mobile phone's stopped working- not connecting to phone net=no phone or texts. Can't seem to contact you via web/app w/out phoning🤔. SIM corrupt?? Other 🤮EE sim card still works. V new s22+ phone. All other phone systems work, just this SIM card🧐 Hay-elp

@Plusnet almost £300 early termination taken on a contract cancelled in error by PlusNet. . so agreed refund should be immediate. 3 days and counting . . its January. worst month possible to have unexpected hit.

@FalconeHosts In your contract there will be a minimum service guarantee (its usually internet speeds) and if it falls below that, or you have frequent unexpected outages you can get out of the contract at any time. I did the same thing with Plusnet when I lived in the UK

@Plusnet Having some very unusual broadband connection drops today. Can't seem to hold a connection for more than 10 mins without needing a router reboot. I work from home full time and can't do my job! Frustrated. Please help? 🙏
