Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet CHANGE BILL DATE PLEASE! I’ve specifically stated, not only when I created the contract, but months of painfully contacting you guys after, where I’ve been promised that my bill date has been changed, it still hasn’t, I am still being charged on stupid dates !!!

@WeAreOpenreach Oh great, so yet more useless calls with Plusnet support who will raise my issue to Level 2 another 10 times. Is there seriously nothing Openreach can do? It's ludicrous that I have been without my order for this long.

@Plusnet I currently do not have any broadband service. The up date from your Chatbot is stating it will be back on line by 23:59 tonight, which is more than 24h!! Can this deadline be improved?

@Plusnet I have recently purchased a Freely smart tv & wonder if my broadband is not sufficient as I intermittently either lose the picture or have the picture freezing & back again,didn’t have any problem when only aerial tv.

@Plusnet I only need a date changed. It’s so simple. And I’ve already gone through the stress of making a phonecall to the company to get this issue sorted, I was promised by a human voice that it was fixed and it hasn’t been. So I can’t to call and speak to somebody again.
