    Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

    @aliengirlludii @CarrieHFletcher Think I said that in a round-a-bout kinda way, which is why I suggested checking with BT on performance issues. I used to work for Plusnet when they were Force9 Internet, their customer service is one of best around might work better for getting things sorted if no joy from BT.

    @Plusnet waiting 5 days to tell us the broadband product we ordered is unavailable is unhelpful. Cutting us off after 30 mins on hold is crap other ISPs are available.

    @CarrieHFletcher Vodafone currently has good download speed. DO NOT go with plusnet we have had so many issues with them!

    @cheshiretoad I look at Which magazine ratings for service. But even when I pick recommended providers like LV and Plusnet I still have problems. I wonder what the worst of them are like.

    @Plusnet my monthly rental has been £23.99 for months; i have just noticed my Feb bill went upto £29.35, then March's bill has come out as £36.52. What has changed? why am i paying over £12 a month more for the same service, with no correspondence from yourselves? regards

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet your broadband service has significantly dropped in standards. Intermittent services...don’t think I’ll be renewing with you...in fact, if I could cancel now I would.
