@Plusnet there are no updates from yourselves regarding the outage and with no way of contacting you I will now have to pay for a co-working space in order to do my job…will Plusnet cover this cost?

@andig80 @stayingaliveuk @Plusnet I just had a message telling me to try and call from a different phone as if mine was the problem when a lot of people can't get through. 🙄 shocking.

@margebphoto @Plusnet @plusnethelp I realise it must be a pain their end too but I wish they’d communicate what’s going on better - the helpline aren’t accepting calls and the text service doesn’t yield any response!

@Plusnet is down, which is just brilliant as I work from home. Customer service line isn’t taking calls, and the Text Fault service doesn’t reply. Also anyone from Plusnet is yet to acknowledge there is a problem despite lots of people reporting the same thing. Ridiculously bad

@thinkplaymake @Plusnet @RainbowsEnd69 Yeah can't even ping an IP address. Was hoping it would just be a DNS issue and switch to 8.8.8.8 or something, but no. Can't even ping that!
