@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet HELP! Our internet’s gone down, how can we get it up and running in the next 1 hour and 11 minutes before we open?!

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@Plusnet I am having issues with my home WiFi connection since doing a separate password change on my plusnet online account. Do you have an email address I can send router reference images to , to discuss / resolve? Many thanks

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 2 days I've been trying to get through to your customer support - phones lines tell me you're too busy & your live chat is disabled. I msgd on here as per your website but no response either. As a new customer I'm extremely disappointed!

@Plusnet worst customer service I have ever had, failed to provide broadband, agreed to release from contract. Took a payment of £85 anyway then promised to pay it back. 8 weeks later and no refund!

@plusnethelp Morning Plusnet. Please contact me. We are having an awful internet experience since switching to you in October. Inconsistent speed, constant disconnects and multiple router resets. You've tested the line and from your point of view 'everything is fine'. IT IS NOT.

@plusnethelp hello. I’ve been with plusnet a very long time. I have a Technicolor TG582n router and an open reach modem for my fibre broadband. It all works well except the WiFi is slow as it doesn’t have 5ghz. Is it possible to have an upgrade of my router? davidwaugh

Good morning @Plusnet. Over the last 2 days my internet has been cutting out, sometimes for several minutes at a time. As a therapist trying to do remote work with clients the lack of an uninterrupted internet signal is proving extremely disruptive. Can you please look into this?

After much swearing at the computer and router, I've had to cancel today's stream - seems @Plusnet have shat their pants and I have no interwebs (reliably anyway). I guess I'll try again tomorrow? #Plusnet

Help, Plusnet Hub One Router, Wifi keeps dropping out. Have refreshed Channel allocations as suggested but till dropping out. If I reset the entire router it works for a few hours and then the fault returns. Ethernet connections works fine with no dropout at all. Any suggestions?
