From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

My Mum was due to go live on Monday and have an engineer. Phone line works, no broadband and no engineer turned up. Nobody has responded in dms or the messaging service on your website. Your order update is no longer available to check either. This isn't acceptable @Plusnet

@Plusnet @_JimDavis_ Expected to transfer from John Lewis this week. Told phone had swapped at 13.55 on Monday and that Broadband would follow before midnight. Now Wednesday evening and nothings happened, no communication and call centre values me so much that they don’t answer calls Rubbish service

Ah. I called Plusnet and person I spoke to was very helpful. Turns out BT are doing work in the area and my internet has been down since 9.39am. I was at work so I didn't notice until I got home. The work should be complete by around 7pm apparently.

@Plusnet My 90 year old parents have been without broadband for 9 days. 4 engineer appointments have failed to turn up. Hope you're happy to ruin their Xmas as they can't zoom with children and grandchildren. Unbelievably bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
