  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • davidjrussel David Russell (@davidjrussel) reported

@MartinSLewis I switched from EE to Plusnet and then BT Mobile as had better packages. I had to cancel both as even though they both run off the EE platform the signal is strangled and much worse. Maybe better in big towns/cities but something to consider in rural areas @MartinSLewis

  • basilbrushoff 🦊Basil Brush-Off 🦊 (@basilbrushoff) reported

@plusnet if I'm leaving to go to a FttH supplier, do I need to cancel my FttC contract with you or will the new supplier sort it out?

  • TheCraigusus Craig (@TheCraigusus) reported

@diamondsforex @Plusnet I fully agree. Do not use them, for anything. They draw you in with their 'cheap' prices. BUT, you get what you pay for. Poor service, poor customer support.

  • borristhepanda Borris the Panda 🇺🇦 (@borristhepanda) reported

@KisbeeWayne @davidjrussel @MartinSLewis …buildings better) but Plusnet users don’t have access to this coverage, otherwise they could end up in a situation where their phone is connected to 800MHz 4G, but when they try to make or receive a call, there is no 3G or 2G coverage in that area to drop down to.

@thecraigmurray love your comedy, never knew you were the face of plusnet wtf!

  • toomuchsand Mike Μάικ Miké Esq (@toomuchsand) reported

@ProfPilk @Plusnet It worked for a week and a bit then just got stuck on E mode. Airplane mode, network reset and phone restart multiple times. Manual change between local providers same. Swapped SIM between phones, the other phones SIM OK, this SIM same in other phone.

  • FiFiF8ce Fee (@FiFiF8ce) reported

@Plusnet no internet for 24hours, this is not good enough. Multiple faults reported throughout Derby area, and your support team has just told me your suppliers "aim to investigate and resolve" in the "next 3 working days". I am a student trying to meet deadlines! Appalling!!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@AliHookEvans Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to your daughter and hope she's OK. Our network doesn't support 5G so I'm really sorry if you were advised that by ourselves, if that was the case please feel free to DM us with the mobile numbers in question - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • moustache_98 Robert Fleckney (@moustache_98) reported

@MartinSLewis I pay £6 pm with Plusnet. I wouldn’t be prepared to change to a slightly cheaper SIM only deal but risk it being on a network that wasn’t good where I live (rural Lincolnshire).
