    @benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

    From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

    @Plusnet 10pm and my box has cut out again. Been fine all day connected to 5hgz and 10 pm cute straight out...really not happy with the service I am paying for. Starting to happen every night my box tunes out and flashes orange and then when I checked my bill I'm charged more. Not happy.

    @Plusnet Hi. I’ve had lots of issues with speed and disconnecting broadband over the last two weeks. Is there any tests I can run to work out what’s going wrong?

    @Plusnet I had an engineer out a few weeks ago and he found no problems with the wiring or socket, the socket was newly installed just last year. He said it was the router. After speaking with someone at plusnet they managed to get me back connected via correcting my username.
