Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@Plusnet Thanks Emily, I presume there no cost involved to use this service / app. Everyday I get at least 3 Chinese speaking calls from different numbers as block them, all it show on screen is mobile number & United Kingdom. Sick idiots! Nothing better to do in life!

@mc_steveo87 Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the connection and for the delayed response. Are you still having this issue or is everything working ok now? - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@Kris08860201 That sounds like a real pain! Yep, registering for the Telephone Preference Service is free and there a lot of free call blocker apps around - I'd recommend going for whichever is highest rated in your app store. Hopefully this should stop the calls. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

@Plusnet hi, your mobile service is absolutely abysmal abroad and in the uk, your customer service is on a par with your signal if not worse. I am cancelling my contract as soon I get back from holiday.

@Plusnet Thanks Emily I presume no cost involved to use this service or app to block unwanted nuisance calls in Chinese speaking. On screen it just show mobile number and United Kingdom. Every time I block it they use another number! Sad world we live in

well, huge kudos to @Plusnet who picked this tweet up, ran some tests, discovered a wiring issue, called me and have booked an engineer's visit. I'm impressed! (Just one thing, Plusnet: please don't ask customers to give you their password over the phone.)
