Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

@BreakIntoProg @Plusnet To be fair I'm mostly MILDLY IRRITATED and being a petty, insistent bastard because if nobody kicks up a fuss over the mild irritations that grind us down then we'll never see any incentive to improve them. An ISP not providing an online form to cancel is... offensive to me.

@nowtvhelp No need now... plusnet restricted my account because my bill was 4 days late... never known any broadband company to do this! Insanity! Now I’ve paid it and poof!! Magically my problems disappeared!! Don’t go with plus net!!!
