From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Hey @plusnet just wondering if there's something wrong with the service tonight. I'm getting like 10% of my usual speeds which is making it very difficult to complete downloads, stream stuff, play online games, etc.

@Plusnet my bill is over £41 for awful broadband. No TV nothing else. I want to move to another better provider. Why can you justify these prices for rubbish service? I’m going to ring you & cite you have broken the contract terms you set yourself.

@Plusnet Hi Emma, it's now more than 48 hours since I rang on Sunday and I have not had a callback. I'm moving house on Saturday so I'm sure you understand this is already a stressful situation and this lack of customer service really isn't helping.

@jerryaldrichiii allowed to speak to networking directly, it was maddening. In the end I just left plusnet as I was so shocked by how poor their engineer's understanding was and how they handled it. Meant to complain to the ICO directly but life got in the way. Anyway, ISPs can be very bad!

@MartinSLewis New(ish) build house without copper phone line, so broadband is FTTP. My ISP (Plusnet) don't support fibre voice access, so couldn't get landline even if I wanted one without changing supplier (maybe this will change when their FTTP becomes generally available?)

@phoenixbaggie @mikehemm Plusnet offer decent prices but are owned by the devil (BT). Utility Warehouse do good deals but never really show prices. These two have decent support, the rest are much of muchnesses with crap support. If you dont need huge speed go for 36Mbs and save a couple extra quid.
