@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet my friend is with you for her internet.just moved house and for a month and still have no internet. She had 2 dates for installation and had no show and no explanations. She had to off work two times to wait up but no engineer turn up.your customer phone is shocking.

@Plusnet Please could you give some more help? Broadband went off about 14:45. On the phone for 45mins trying to figure it out. Then diagnosed as local MSO however NONE of the line checkers report a fault. Imperative this is fixed as I work from home!

Also, PlusNet will indeed refund us and compensate us for the issue. Even though the situation was chaotic they have done well after that :).

@Plusnet her children can’t do their homework without internet,she’s used up all her data and still waiting to get her internet sorted. This is just ridiculous please look after your customer and get her internet sorted.

@oratoba @Plusnet Ouch, I’m probably going to give @vodafone a try when my current contract ends. I’ve a couple of friends who are on it and swear by it. Plus I’m a mobile customer of there’s. I just hope they still offer the Apple TV 4K with their pro/extra bundles when my contract is up.
