  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

Plusnet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • j_cooper999 Jeff Cooper #FBPE #JohnsonOut 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇺🇦💙 (@j_cooper999) reported

@Plusnet Having line problems again, can't hear caller, lots of noise, drops the internet if a call is made. Internet bouncing too. Water in the line? A piece of work (an A1024) by Openreach outstanding since Oct/Nov 2020, yes 2020, to stop this happening still hasn't been done.

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@Plusnet Hi Ella, you can't ever fix my speed, it's a lost cause. It's a OpenReach hardware problem due to aluminium cables in the last 400m from the cabinet. If you can arrange to swap that out for fibre to the house you can solve the problem.

  • jjand00 jaz j (@jjand00) reported

@Plusnet please can you sort out your internet issues been on and off all day

  • DEANHDAVID Dean H David (@DEANHDAVID) reported

@RyanMorrisonJer @virginmedia @Plusnet Would be interesting to see the 'network architecture' of Hey! Are they local only?

  • Natalieb2110 Natalie Brooks (@Natalieb2110) reported

@Plusnet any help you can offer me? SIM card is saying no network coverage, and emergency calls only

  • WoolleyLindsey lindsey woolley (@WoolleyLindsey) reported

@Plusnet Trying really hard to get a new sim card, any advice (just been on phone to you for 48 mins and as my sim is not working that makes me unpopular with my partner!!) ???

  • ProbablyNowt ProbablyNowt (@ProbablyNowt) reported

Truly awful 'service' from @Plusnet broadband. 2 weeks since house move: still no internet connection. Now told to wait a further 4 days until someone will 'look into it further'. Broken promises, conflicting info, delays, 0mb. For £65 fee? That won't do 💩

  • MC1985FTW Mack (@MC1985FTW) reported

@VeganTrailRunr @Rob1nStanford Yeah I can't fault Plusnet's service since we've been with them but their connection speeds are hamstrung by BT's underlying infrastructure. I am hoping that Trooli's dedicated network is able to deliver their 300mb speeds

  • heafod Ian Head (@heafod) reported

How do #plusnet stay in business? Awful customer service. I've just called them and agreed a price decrease, and their confirmation emails state an increase. Thieves or idiots?

  • VeganTrailRunr Martin VeganTrailRunr Ⓥ (@VeganTrailRunr) reported

@MC1985FTW @Rob1nStanford I'm with Plusnet. Can't fault the service for reliability in our village but they are pricey.
