Plusnet Issues Reports Near Sunderland Bridge, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Sunderland Bridge and nearby locations:

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • fredspoon Philip 👌🏼 (@fredspoon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

Broadband down at home @Plusnet not great said there some fault needs and engineer.

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

13 hours later(been off since 7pm) and still no connection. Wonderful quality of service @Plusnet

  • Rob_Rolls99 Rob Rolls (@Rob_Rolls99) reported

@haveablowtinman @btsport @Plusnet Yeah I’m having this issue too, can’t log in to BT Sports App on any device connected to WiFi, also can’t even log into MyBT on any device connected to my WiFi

  • Tom_Blanchard tom (@Tom_Blanchard) reported

@Plusnet have activated my sim before it even arrived so now I've been thrown off my o2 contract and now I can't use my phone, not even to call the SUPPORT LINES, how do I contact support without a phone??

  • MissyP187 Kirsty Powell (@MissyP187) reported

@Plusnet I’ve messaged 3 times today regarding yet more issues with our connection which have all not been responded to. We have had months of rubbish service that still isn’t resolved. I am now reporting to OFCOM.

  • ITFC_Alex Alex (@ITFC_Alex) reported

@HorribleGrandma @Plusnet We left plusnet about 3 years ago for this very reason. They were insistent that everything was fine & there was no fault either with line or router. Having switched to vodaphone, I've had seamless service on the same line. Have concluded that plusnets routers are badly made.

  • annickg87 ⚜ Annick (@annickg87) reported

EE / Plusnet Mobile are absolute rubbish. My wife and I can not call each other from 6 feet apart. Text is fine. And this type of fault has gone on at EE for years. Tomorrow I will be closing our SIM accounts. Utter garbage and fat arse management.

  • AliParry83 Ali Parry (@AliParry83) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp hi is there a problem with plusnet this afternoon/evening as mine seems to be constantly dropping out with iplayer buffering every 2-3 mins and phone and laptops dropping connection. Many thanks

  • haveablowtinman Peter Morris (@haveablowtinman) reported

@Plusnet I did that 3 days ago. Was told there was nothing you could see at your end and it's a @btsport issue. Funny cos when I spoke to BT they said it was a @Plusnet issue. Closer inspection BT discovered it was a known serious incident and said they were working on it.

  • AnthonySJ Tony (@AnthonySJ) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s disgusting that you’ve had posts in your forums about people having WiFi connectivity issues with iPhones for at least 3 years & yet you let people join & let them wonder what the hell is going on. Its a bit useless having your broadband with an iPhone!

  • JWBG1 Jema G (@JWBG1) reported

Please could someone at @plusnet tell me how a webmail-only (ex-Madasafish) customer can contact you to report a problem?
