Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Sunderland Bridge and nearby locations:

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

  • dav3orr David Orr (@dav3orr) reported

@Plusnet how you can claim to have best customer service! I have had to cancel my contract within 24 hours of being connected because of rude, incompetent staff that lied to me and said I either needed to pay £65 for an engineer or £120 to cancel my contract. Avoid this provider!

  • mariagoodwin93 Flufferlina (@mariagoodwin93) reported

@Plusnet Hi... I have spoken with customer services and we may have identified the issue.

  • triscoe Joe D 💙 (@triscoe) reported

Anybody's net been down all morning? There was a sudden spike of people reporting their broadband was down on Openreach lines around 1:30am this morning, and mine was one of them, but it hasn't come back on :( Any help appreciated @Plusnet

  • tracebicyturner Tracy Antonio MIAB cert.acc. (@tracebicyturner) reported

@Plusnet No know issues apparently. Tried to connect again just now and it won’t connect. Tried turning router off and on again but that hasn’t worked. When it tried to send an automated email to you it keeps saying the url doesn’t exist.

  • bellini197 Mick Bellini (@bellini197) reported

@Plusnet So two years@of playing and thousands of diamonds spent to get to GML and to earn 20k trophy points and you idiots have got the nerve to compensate me with 15k of diamonds!!! What a joke!!!! EVERYONE CANCEL YOUR PP NOW AND DON’T GIVE THIS LOT 1 MORE PENNY! FIND ANOTHER GAME !!

  • Ephemeral_Goods Twisted Ephemera 💙 (@Ephemeral_Goods) reported

****** internet shopping is hard Virgin ramped up my bill by adding things I never asked for nor wanted, Talk talk website doesn't work, plusnet want to charge £50 for BT landline - yeah ok, get ******. Shell are offering broadband HELL NO, NOW is owned by Murdoch, & sky, so no.

  • FrazerBrown FRAZER BROWN (@FrazerBrown) reported

@Plusnet Avoid Plusnet - just read the litany of unsatisfied customers in here, that should tell you all you need to know. I’ve not had one month in the whole contract where the internet hasn’t gone down for 3 days at a time. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

  • Gazsa94 Gaz (@Gazsa94) reported

@Plusnet penalising me for ending my contract early when their wifi didn’t even stay connected to any device, Why would I continue paying for a service that didn’t meet its expectations?

  • RobBluedreamer Rob Allen (@RobBluedreamer) reported

@Plusnet It’s not always about price. Alas Plusnet has become the same as the others, onboard as many new customers as you can with “cheap” deals but fail to look after existing customers. A symptom of short term profits demanded by shareholders.

  • caldyr99 Martin Frowd (@caldyr99) reported

@plusnet Any chance you can fix your download speeds in Kent please? ME4 postcode. Getting download speeds of barely 1mb/s the last three days while trying to download software, games, music to a brand new PC. Not good enough.
