Plusnet Issues Reports Near Sunderland Bridge, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Sunderland Bridge and nearby locations:

  • ToxicSmoggie Chris (@ToxicSmoggie) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp And at 9pm on a Friday night your customer service is shocking been on hold for 20 minutes yet to speak to someone

  • remenos Joanne Emerson (@remenos) reported from Sherburn Hill, England

@PickGS @Plusnet @plusnethelp It’s blatant profiteering - I need broadband to work from home and I’m now paying £35 instead of £22 - and to think their selling point was excellent UK customer service 🙄

  • LeDreamboat Scott ⚫️⚪️ (@LeDreamboat) reported from Sacriston, England

Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • HannahRose1401 Hannah Jeffrey 🇪🇺 (@HannahRose1401) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England

Has your Internet gone down @plusnethelp @Plusnet? NHS worker struggling to work from home here.

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet That's a lovely generic response but your service status hasn't been updated for 2 hours!

  • mrgdaniels123a graham daniels (@mrgdaniels123a) reported

@Plusnet Can we have an update, it's an hour overdue on the website now. What's the ETA to fix?

  • paul_at_hexham Paul Berry (@paul_at_hexham) reported

@Plusnet @stardate1234567 Service status at 10:00 promised an update at 12:00. It's now 12:44... does this matter or not?

  • G6JPG_ jpeg. Let's have 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 in news! (@G6JPG_) reported

@PlusNet - any hint as to what the problem with email actually is?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@ameancestry Hi there. Some customers are having problems logging in their email and we’re working quickly to resolve the issue. Plusnet broadband, mobile services are not affected and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Chris - Leeds

  • 65graeme Graeme White (@65graeme) reported

@Plusnet @Google Do Google know how to send out routers? Not Science. Waited over two weeks now and spoken to three customer service people each with different stories as to why it’s not arrived. Not a great start for a new customer

  • TheSYLEPress The SYLE Press (@TheSYLEPress) reported

@Plusnet No emails all day. Service Status promised further update at 12pm - didn't happen. Further promise - given post 1pm - of update at 1.45pm. At 1.50pm, amended to 2.30pm. However difficult the problem, this lackadaisical attitude to customer comms really isn't good enough

  • aledrob Aled Roberts (@aledrob) reported from Saltney, Wales

@Plusnet The resolution has never been concluded. Waited for callback but none received. Resolution to just close tickets, without customer agreement is poor customer service

  • BelindaHSims Belinda Sims (@BelindaHSims) reported

@Plusnet this is ridiculous now. Still no emails. No updates. Not exactly the excellent service you promise on your adverts! It’s now 13hrs that I’m personally aware of since this issue started.
