From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet Used to be great, and I've been with them for over a decade. But over the past couple of years they've gone downhill big time. 7 Days+ and still no reply to a support ticket, meanwhile the connection continues to gets worse. Anyone got recommendations for UK ISP's?

  • rishpunk_ Rish (@rishpunk_) reported

@I_am_King08 Never liked any of them anyway. Plusnet wouldn't add any value to her craft nor success. It will only bring down her brand as being the only successful actress who hasn't worked with Khans. It forms part of her identity in the business..if film hits, it will misLabel her tag

  • geekycow Julie Brandon 🇬🇧🇪🇺🌈❤️ (@geekycow) reported

@Mortgage_Stu @Plusnet @plusnethelp That sounds a likely culprit. It might be worth trying, yes. It depends what exactly is happening. These issues can be hard to solve. Remember the news story about guy with an old fashioned TV who knocked the whole neighborhood off the internet whenever he turned his TV on?

  • RealSplinterUK SplinterUK (@RealSplinterUK) reported

@xXTHLXx @garysmartin dont know if Plusnet does fibre but right now would avoid changing to them. had problems at package startup, line was even downgraded when with BT and Plusnet. Both providers, same problem. Not even for fibre as this area is catered poop by ISP's and network infrastructure teams

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@KennethTCrowley Hi Kenneth, Apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused. This is a known issue affecting Plusnet Hub Ones and BT Hub Fives. As it's not service affecting, we haven't been given an indication as to if/when it'll be fixed, I'm afraid. Regards, Emily

  • ComfyChairs Comfy Chairs (@ComfyChairs) reported

Today @Plusnet were supposed to upgrade me to Unlimited Fibre Extra. Instead they killed my broadband at 8:01PM, immediately after their support lines close

  • superbadMags JigJig (@superbadMags) reported

Da biggest April fools is @Plusnet s internet service! *angry ears*

  • andifluffkitten Andrea Merrell (@andifluffkitten) reported

Always nice when you get good service, Mark on the @Plusnet helpline this morning was friendly and helpful in fixing our 'net connection. All sorted so we're very happy.

  • geekycow Julie Brandon 🇬🇧🇪🇺🌈❤️ (@geekycow) reported

@Mortgage_Stu @Plusnet @plusnethelp Three ways the electrical noise could be doing this, in order of likelihood: interference induced into the phone line, interference induced via the mains, and interference induced into the WiFi signal.

  • KHriminology Kevin Hoffin (@KHriminology) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet my connection has been up and down for a week now. I need a stable connection for work. Please help. There's no good reason for this fluctuation.
