Steph (@stephaniejade12) reported@Plusnet @plusnethelp I think overnight staff are needed, I was up at 4:30am and the hub light was blue with no internet so down in Dorset too. I raised a fault as your site claimed everything was fine. Thankfully your customers informed each other!
