@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

@MissDemeanor07 @Plusnet @Hyperoptic There was an outage of all emails for 33 hours, to 7am this morning, since then they have been intermittent and they are doing more work overnight. I expect it will be "normal" by Sunday maybe? It's only email, not BB/phone etc

@Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as I’ve missed it by a few days? Didn’t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. I’ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two you’ve previously sent have never work properly.

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet If you're cancelling before the contract ends due to poor service, get it in writing that you won't be charged the early cancellation fee. We only had this verbally and despite saying that they record all conversations, surprisingly couldn't find this one.

My @plusnet email address isn't working properly... I'm struggling to send a couple of emails on my phone... and noticed some messages coming through late... Thankfully did a search & saw that they are having problems... but not sure what to do with the messages I need to send...
