I don’t understand why you would send it out so close to the date, it’s set up to fail from the start. There have been Royal Mail strikes and another was planned, so allowing only 3 days is not a good idea, is it?

Phil Fish (@PhilFish17) reported@Plusnet After a total of 2 hours 10 minutes (over the duration of 4 calls) I eventually managed to speak to your colleagues. Both were very pleasant but ultimately unable to resolve my issue and your company "policies" have been shown to be totally inadequate, potentially unlawful.

During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Mike Brady (@mikecbrady1) reported@Plusnet Hi, I have a problem with my gmail downloads. When connected to broadband I frequently have to wait for mail to download even when it’s one I’ve previously read. When connected via Plusnet mobile it works normally! Any ideas?
