@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@Plusnet I'm really disappointed in this, too. I've been with them for almost a decade, I think. I used to RAVE to people about the quality of their support, years ago, and now it's apparently non-existent. Such a shame. @plusnethelp @Plusnet

@virginmedia Super hub 3 is the WORST router in terms of coverage I have ever had. EE/Sky/plusnet/ all 100x better than the garbage you provide. Is the hub 4 better? Is so give me one or I shall be reverting to fibre asap. Slower onward connection is less hassle than crap internal network

@EllesBailey @virginmedia Keep hearing similar stories on our local Facebook group. If it’s just internet you’re looking for I would recommend Plusnet. Been with them ever since they started. Hardly ever a problem and when there is one it’s dealt with quickly.
