And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

@Plusnet Plusnet down again. Have spoken to your team and its an external fault this time. It won't be fixed for at least 4 days. My son is still home learning due to isolation so more missed lessons because of no plusnet Internet connection. 2nd time in a week - disrupted learning...

Pretty **** of @Plusnet to not include MMS' in either they Text or Data allowances. The way they treat long term broadband/fixed line customers is also woeful. No sweatheart deals, just a persistent shafting until/unless you've the time and timerity to phone up & argue the toss.

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?
