@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Signed up for Plusnet broadband on the 13th Nov, money taken out of our bank the following day. Router not posted until the 25th, STILL no router. Paying for a service we can't use and STILL can't get through to call centre!! Unimpressed is not the word.

@Plusnet only switched today and starting to regret it already. Everything supposed to be switched on but no phone signal and no router has arrived. And your customer service line is not answering the phone.

Moving a perfectly working phone + broadband service from Plusnet to BT has resulted in a working phone after a week of no service, but no broadband. There's no new building, new cabling or new anything else, just a change in who she pays the bill to. Ridiculous
