Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have an ongoing issue with my internet of having no connection, i can not get through to anyone and i feel like i am getting no where. Do i need to go elsewhere? £45 per month is crazy when i don’t even get a connection

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@Plusnet despite the router displaying a solid blue light , I have no internet at all and all that comes up is a message from BT Wholesale. I am having to write this message in my garden as we rely on the WiFi to help out the poor mobile connection indoors.

@Plusnet you need to sort out your webmail box size limits issues to make it more easily useable and stop crashing in use. Wasnt a problem until 3 months ago, and I’m not doing anything different but getting ready to move ISP if no improvement #plusnet #webmail #sizelimits

@jemjabella Other than having to phone up about it, I think our Plusnet cancellation (when we moved to fttp) went without any hiccups. BT, on the other hand... Complaint gone to ombudsman about that mess

@plusnethelp If I join Plusnet broadband, is it possible to request a go live date for your service to start, as my current supplier charges a cancellation fee if its even 1 day before my current contract ends next month?
