with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@BenLamedica BT purely because they own the lines for most suppliers. If you're with plusnet or whatever and have line issues, they call BT and there's a whole extra link in the chain to go wrong.

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet. I called you this evening to switch from Virgin Media, partly because you supposedly have better customer service. The last words of your "sales" agent as "Can't do nuffin for you" when I objected to a hidden price increase. In case you don't hear from me, that's why.

@Plusnet I placed an order on 13 May and both service and communication so far have been terrible. I'm now on my third phone call in two days, trying to fix this so I actually get broadband, and Plusnet's yet to do anything it agreed that do. Absolutely infuriating.

@Plusnet Good morning. I hope anyone reading this and are thinking of taking out PlusNet WiFi. DO NOT! Switched from BT to PlusNet and now 3 weeks and counting without WIFI with no sign of the issue being resolved. They are a joke!
