with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

And EE HAS closed my account which means got no data! Joke! Every time ring @Plusnet get told different reasons for delay absolute joke! Can’t even access an online account as not working yet

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

Why when i ring @Plusnet from my ee mobile phone does it keep taking me to EE! I cant get hold of @Plusnet at all as the phone number keeps taking me to ee!! Only been signed up to plusnet for an hour and so far it is the worst service ive ever experienced

Just joined @Plusnet and starting to regret it already, considering cancelling before this poor service snowballs. Not gone live on the date it was suppose to, sending an engineer on a day when I am at work, which will fine me £65 if I am not there. Now on hold for over 30mins
