    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    @Plusnet I’ve called your support no everyday, weekday, weekend, morning, afternoon, evening but the number is not available, its dead juts like your customer service. You suck.

    @plusnet are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Our connection got cut off without us cancelling it and we have been charged over £200 cancellation fee. Why should we pay when we didn't want to cancel in the first place... Z

    @MSE_Deals I tried @plusnet and the signal was terrible. Dropped in and out constantly. Had to switch to Vodafone.

    @Plusnet so signed up to a guarantee min of 17.3mbps, had issues with speed so now plusnet changed my contract to 11mbps! That's wrong surely.

    Just listening to @astro_timpeake on @RadioX he can get WiFi in space he’s certainly not using @Plusnet like me I can’t get a signal 2 feet from the router! #space #radiox #WiFi
