    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp this morning my router is just showing a orange flashing light. Have reset it, and turned it off at the wall and left it, but every time it comes back orange light. Any suggestions? Postcode is BH17 8AE if that helps with issues

    @LauraDuthie76 @jonathanboogles If TalkTalk have improved, but they must have been shockingly bad before that.. So much of support is automated/computer driven.. the human support involves a rigid script approach, which is useless for nuanced issues.. Jump ship at earliest: Plusnet are okay, until end contract.

    @saramttnez @virginmedia @Plusnet They tried upselling me! I told them our issue was that their WiFi doesn’t reach our nursery and as such our baby monitor doesn’t work and the person had the gall to try and get us to spend MORE money.

    Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.

    @plusnet extremely unhappy with the service / help I’ve received today. The internet is down on your part and won’t be able to get support for 72 hrs. So no internet no tv no working from home.

    @N1k07a Definitely NOT TalkTalk, absolutely **** customer service for both us & my mum. Vodafone are pretty good as are Plusnet. Had both.
