with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

@plusnethelp Hi there, I received I was told to wait until midnight 14th March to turn on my plusnet router and I did that but now my router light has just been solid orange and flashing red. The internet is not working, please help.

Like.. what I don't understand is how a Plusnet Stock Router could keep a consistent and reliable connection no matter where we were in the house, but with slow speeds - but a £460 combined, enterprise equipment can't hold a steady connection with 2.4Ghz devices? WTH..

@MoneySavingExp I put up with 2mbps terrible ADSL from @plusnet for four years. Finally took the plunge with 4g Home Broadband from @ThreeUK and I'm now getting 30mbps for not much more money. Plus I never used my landline & always begrudged paying for line rental. I'd never go back.
