    @plusnethelp Plusnet, I stopped contacting you a while back because of my frustration with your service. I was promised call backs which never happened and other responses. The reality is that I’m still without a service that you promised me at the start of the contract

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @Yorksims @Plusnet @giffgaff Thanks for the heads up. I rarely need to use them but when I do at least it’s good to have the option. I realised last night that even things like British Transport Police use short codes - massive fail from Plusnet.

    @Plusnet hi, hope you can help. A friend of mine is currently with sky and wants to switch to plusnet. Her contract runs out 7/7 and she has been told it takes approx 10 days to set up but she doesn't want to miss out on your offer so she doesn't know when to place order. TIA

    @Plusnet plusnet is hands down the WORST ISP in the UK. Getting leas than 1Mbps (contracted 50Mps) but getting ZERO support as there are NO methods available to contact them. Absolutely zero. Rubbish company.
