@plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@h_dennett @Plusnet They use the EE network so google who else use that one and I’d go with one of them, I would if I wasn’t stuck in contract with them!

Avoid @Plusnet for mobile at all costs, first month with them they’ve cut me off twice for ‘unpaid bills’ and after over an hour on hold I’m told it’s their system playing up by the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with on a call, wish I’d never left EE!

@h_dennett @Plusnet I’d cancel anyway, they’ve cut my phone off twice this week due to supposed payment issues even know payments have been made and it’s actually an issue with their system

@Plusnet My tip would be avoid plusnet! They’ll cut you off twice in a week due to their system errors and leave you on hold for over an hour when you’re trying to sort it

@Plusnet hi there, I’ve just left the UK for a few years, the link to “thinking of leaving us?” didn’t work, so how can I cancel? It’s only a monthly sim £10 deal. I’m in the USA now would rather not call.

@Plusnet not a good start. As new BB customer, phone line installation completed earlier today and phone line not yet working (engineer spliced into existing Virgin phone line running into the house so I don't even have backup line!!!) How long does this normally take?😤
