    @plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

    with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

    @Plusnet have had abysmal service and very poor internet from you for nearly 6 months now & no actual help to resolve whenever I call (every other day/week) as problem just repeats and am left with no improvements to my internet & greatly affecting work.. 1/2

    @Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?

    @Plusnet Also open reach came out early last week to make safe a cable coming down outside mine and both next door neighbours, that's when my line went dead. But no one has replaced the cable. I believe that is the problem! No cable no phoneline! #plusnet
