@plusnethelp we have just switched to plusnet and are waiting for our broadband- our telephone is up and running but nothing about our broadband even though our previous provider cut our connection today -can you help?

with the YouView box now refusing to do anything, again, I have reinstated the bypass and tuned the TV directly seeing as the distribution amp in the building is operating normally again, a call to Plusnet is in order to see if they can get me a new box or if not cancel the tv

@Plusnet @quantumhealer1 9 hrs is not a short time and there are thousands of reports on Down Detector, starting at 12.30am. Why did it take 8 hours to acknowledge an issue despite promoting 24/7 support? We understand that things go wrong but you are solely lacking in the way you have dealt with it.

@Plusnet It's back again now. Finished setting up my mesh and various network items and it's all looking stable. Not bad really, in 9 years of using @Plusnet I've had 4 outages and none have lasted more than 8 hours
